Critical: ProfessionalismToday I walked in to get a full set early morning at 10am. As I’m in the middle of getting my nails done a woman walks in and states she has an appointment at 10:30 with Tina who’s already in the middle of doing my nails. It’s clearly 10:40 so she’s already 10mins late to her said “appointment” and I was told that I had to wait for the next available nail tech to finish my nail. I think it’s very unprofessional to stop doing someone’s nails in the middle of a service when my nails were different lengths and still needed to be filed. This is the worst customer service I have ever had here. This is not the first time that I’ve come to this place and everyone is always very kind but this time it was like everyone ignored how I felt as if I was in the wrong for feeling like she should have finished my nails. Now I’m in my car waiting for someone to become available to finish my nails as if I don’t have a life and another things to do with my time. This will be the LAST time that I come to the salon and if I do TINA will not be the one to do my nails. As I’m in the middle of getting my nails done a woman walks in and states she has an appointment at 10:30 with Tina who’s already in the middle of doing my nails. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!! First I picked a dark purple and she grabbed a different color. She painted my toenails only because I wanted a zebra print on them. Out of 16 working there no one knew how to make the lines, so I said forget about my fingers I’ll go somewhere else. She charged me $23 to paint my toes with REGULAR nail polish!! I am livid! I wish I could give them no stars!!!
