I’m not one to complain but I will never come back here, and I suggest you guys to not come here. I went to this nail place with two friends and high expectations which were far from met. I we had 2 acrylic fills and one friend just got a manicure. By the next morning, my friend’s nail polish had chips in it. I had the cuticle on my thumb cut and I was bleeding. It is now infected. The nails were poorly applied, they are lumpy and much shorter than I asked for. My middle nail is now lifting due to poor practice, not the acrylic but my actual nail. My other friend had her nails not fully painted. There were empty spots on the sides and it wasn’t what she asked for. They made her change her design because they felt they couldn’t do a thin french tip design, and yet they still messed up just painting the whole thing one color.

I have been going here for years. Today was absolutely a horrible experience. I was bleeding and my hands still hurt. The technician was clearly in a rush and very aggressive. My nails are different lengths and sizes. I came home and filed them myself. There were cotton fibers and lumps everywhere. The technician actually knocked the dip off of one of the tips of my nails and didn’t even go back to reinforce it. After reading the experience from two weeks ago, i pray I dont get and infection. I’m severely disappointed today.

This is the closest nail salon to where I live, I’ve never had to make an appointment because of how fast and efficient they are. Everyone here is friendly and provides great service, and it is always quiet and calm in here. That helps me a lot because I get overstimulated in places like nail salons very easily. Services are priced very affordably for quality work, I love coming here!

Salon is clean with lots of nail color choices. I’m really happy with my color. Not sure if my appointment was even factored in they never asked if I had one. My online appointment didn’t allow me to choose my technician which I prefer to do.

Critical: PunctualityI was in between 1 and 2 stars because the girls that did our nails were so sweet and did a great job; however, I had a reservation for 3 pedicures and as we all arrived the greeter at the front was getting ready to seat us when another woman walked in and asked if they were taking walk-ins. The greeter at the front reluctantly looked at us and then to the back before saying they could take her. We all went back and me and my daughter were given pedicures first as well as the ‘walk-in’ while my mom was sitting with her feet in cold water for 30 minutes before getting hers because they decided to help a ‘walk-in’ first even though we had a reservation. Very very unhappy this happened to my mom as I wanted to treat her to a nice pedicure. I nicely told the girl afterwards how it wasn’t right that happened to us and she just shrugged it off and didn’t even accommodate us. I have very bad nails, paper thin that break or tear. I’ve been going here for almost a year now and always get compliments on my nails. She does a thin acrylic so that it looks fairly natural, most think my nails are my own. They’re not super thick, which is great. I love my nails and TL Nails!!
