That’s why we pledge to adhere to the highest industry standards. We sanitize and disinfect all reusable nail tools in accordance with state regulations and industry “best practices”. Any tools that can’t be disinfected are disposed of or given to the client after a single use. You are welcome to bring in your own tools. We still disinfect your tools before using them, as required by state law. Moreover, we regularly take classes in techniques, health and safety, and product knowledge to enhance the quality and safety of your services.

The service was terrible. They took an hour and 15 minutes to finish my pedicure. The lady kept getting up and walking away mind you she was not needed for anyone else as I was the one of two customers there. She never asked what scrub I wanted just chose one. The lady who did my nails had to redo my nails cause as she was putting the finishing coat i noticed it was very streaky, and just looked like too much polish was poured on.

The person doing the procedure burned my nail beds or injured them. Cut my skin on middle right finger by drill slipping more than once to point of bleeding. Put so much powder on my nail so tight feeling and very high. Red color bleeding in to nail bed. Very inconsistent and very sloppy. Didn’t know prices and was suggested to do this process when I asked for gel. I did tell Andrew and Danny co owners. I was told I wasn’t American and this wasn’t how we do business in America. Went last Friday 8/12 to get a fill in. 1 week later 3 nails off. I go 8/20 to get a repair and the man tells me you don’t need repair to 3 nails u need to get a fill in. I tell him no I just got a fill in 1 week ago. I’m not getting another. Saturday night of 8 /20 1 of the nails that I got replaced this same day has come off. They don’t do a good job and I wouldn’t suggest going to this nail shop at all. Very poor service and rush job. Your nails Definitely won’t last at all.

I’ve been here going on about 3 months now. I went as a suggestion from a friend. However, I am continually disappointed by this place. When I leave, my nails are so thin and brittle that they break in a matter of days. They use the drill WAY too much and leave my nails extremely thin when they are normally very healthy. I’m okay with them drilling down my nails, but they do it to the point to where my nail is almost see-through and it burns so bad when they drill it. I’ve brought up this concern with SEVERAL of the people there that have done me nails and they all do it still!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI just had my nails done here with SNS by a gentleman who appeared to be the manager. Its easily the worst SNS nail job Ive ever had:1.) First he disappeared for 15 minutes while my nails were “soaking” in foil wrapped cotton to get off one layer of clear gel. At the same time he expected me to pick out my nail color while my fingers had the foil on them and they all came off while I struggled to put them back on and look at the colors. I choose a color when I came in but he said I looked at the wrong samples and took them from me.2.) He used the power sander and seriously nicked 2 of my cuticles and it really hurt. When I said something he ignored me.3.) He hand filed on the edges of my new nails so hard that he actually filed right through my skin on 2 nails (one is shown in pic) and it really hurt. When I pulled my hand back and said it really hurt he ignored me and when I showed him one cut he got some acetone on a pice of cotton and wiped down the bare cut, blood and all (not much blood).4. Worst SNS I’ve ever had. This is just over 24hrs after getting them done, already chipping. Similar to another customer, technician used sander/grinder tool on cuticles and now I have scabs on multiple fingers. Will never go back.

I told them from the beginning I did not want gel nails, just regular polish. He told me after the fact, that I CANNOT get regular nail polish on my nails, like my toes. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI visited a few weeks ago and got a pedicure done by an older man and he did a decent job. I normally get my nails done at tl nails on Washington road but since this is close to my house I was pretty excited to not have to drive 25-30 mins anymore. I initially went in today just to have my sns powder removed but I saw I colored I like and decided to get a fresh set. What a mistake that was. The man who did it seems to have missed the class about filing and buffing nails. When he attempted to put on my top coat I had to tell him no and to fix my nails. They were thick and and uneven. I told him I wanted my nails square. He even filed a few of my nails to make it look crooked. Then he got an attitude because I told him how i wanted my nails done. Fortunately he was able to buffer them done after the second try however he missed straightening them completely. I ended up just leaving without saying another word as I knew I would never return. I normally get my nails done at tl nails on Washington road but since this is close to my house I was pretty excited to not have to drive 25-30 mins anymore.
