The owner is very rude. The experience was degrading and I felt racially profiled. I continued to humble myself; however, he continued to treat me with such disrespect. I noticed Caucasian customers being treated as human beings vs the rude and disrespectful treatment of the Minority customers! Something has to change. Manager/ Owner is very rude and racist! The manger is is the only male in the store speaks down on women and especially on people of color! The TKT Nails is very unprofessional and if I saw this less than a man on the street he would change his tune immediately! His Neopolneon complex is going hurt the business and or get himself or employees hurt in a situation! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER GO BACK HERE! I went in in desperate need for a last minute outing, and first…let’s just say they don’t know how to do color acrylic nails and he was gonna charge me $80 for acrylic medium nails. I told him these nail didn’t cost $80. While doing my nails he chuckle and asked me, was I mad at him, in a sarcastic way. (That hit my nerves) I looked at him and smiled and said, nope I know how to leave a review. When I went to pay it was $65… they tried to play me like I was stupid. I wish I can give a zero. I don’t remember the guy name but I was in the last row and booth all the to the left when you first come in.

Every time I’ve been here they’ve always did a great job on my nails and my feet. But recently the last three days I’ve walked in without an appointment and they have not been able to provide me service. They either need more staff or not say they take walk-ins because they clearly don’t. My advice please make an appointment if you want service.

Never going here again! No compassion or appreciation for their returning customers. An employee locked the door 2 hours before closing time, put a sign on the door as I am standing outside that says “ closed” and walked away. I called to see what was going on and his response “ we closed because we have something to do today” y’all don’t deserve business. And I will gladly take my business elsewhere….. and the owner’s response on this review is “ you didn’t have an appointment” I definitely did have an appointment, that’s why I called and asked what was going on. So please be professional and take your reviews as a learning experience to be a better business and better human beings, and don’t try to lie on the response to make your customers’ bad reviews look faulty. Be true to yourself.
