This make me sad ti leave this review but this has happened a couple times. I made an appointment @4pm for a full set and a pedicure. When I got there everything was fine. Amy (tks wife ) was still finishing up someone so I waited 15 mins. I don’t mind waiting rhen she pushed me to someone’s else and I told him what I was getting and he started my toes didn’t run the water just started doing my toes. I stopped him and asked why I wasn’t getting the full pedicure. He said Amy only said toe polish. Went to go get her and she comes over and says they don’t have time to do my toes . Mind you I’m 4 months pregnant it’s hard for me to do my toes already . I was really looking forward to my pedicure. I asked her why I couldn’t get what I schedule to have done when I lady came in with a child right after me and was getting a full and pedicure plus her daughters nails painted but they couldn’t do mine ? I felt extremely upset. The gentleman doing my toes rushed and didn’t even let the gel light cure my nails all the way and then are sticky. Then another guy did my full set . My hell has already chipped and looks terrible . Amy which is one of the owners knew I was upset and I asked her I’m paying for the service why can’t I get what I wanted ?they close @6 I got there @3:50 wasn’t started on till 4:30 which is not my fault but she made me feel like it was my fault ? I’ve never met someone so careless and so rude . No customer service . Tk has always been so nice to me but his wife is just terrible and I truly was crying in my car by the end of its wasted $90 to not have nails that even lasted 2 hours . I’ll never come back or tell anyone to go there . She also lied and said I said sns and just polish on my toes . I have a toddler I would never just do sns it doesn’t last nor does just polish when I had polish on already and it doesn’t last plus having kids I wanted something to last and make me feel good. Just very unprofessional on her end and the lady next to me even said wow that’s not right . I’m not sure if she’s racist or what but I truly will never give them another chance again. Also my nails on the sides aren’t even painted fully when I asked him to get my whole nail. I’m so sad. I’ve been going to TK nails for years. That stopped today.if you don’t have time to do what a customer wants. Don’t schedule them and tell them you can provide a service you obviously can’t.

I had a great experience here! I’m glad I came in today and gave them a shot! I originally called to see their prices (which are extremely good) and was able to book an appointment immediately. I was in a chair getting a full set within 5 minutes of walking in the door. The people here are very friendly and do great work. I also like that they have a loyalty program for customers. I will definitely be coming back here for my fill

The hype is real! This place is super cute with a relaxed vibe, staff is really friendly, it’s very clean and there’s a whole little snack station! I got SNS nails for the first time today and Amy did an amazing job!! I’ll definitely be back!

Worst place I have ever went to get my nails done. It doesn’t even look like I got a pedicure and rushed to get my nails done. My toes are already messed up and I was just in today. I had them dry for about 20-30 minutes. Nails look horrible and the shape is all wrong. I can get my nails done for cheaper and have better quality. I recommend never to go.

Wasn’t impressed with my nails. She left more space between the nail and cuticle than I’m used to. A lot of my nails look kind of wonky and uneven. I wanted rounded edges but again they are pretty inconsistent or crooked. We had been there for awhile and it was getting late and snowing so I just accepted it and left. :/

I loved the atmosphere and how quickly they work to get you in and out. I had french tip acrilic manicure done and I love it looks beautiful I’ll definitely go back. They were so thorough I see no mistakes I had my nails done for a week now and they still look great. I’m definitely a happy customer!
