Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent here due to my normal nail salon being closed. They did not use clean instruments and did not take off my gel polish fully and the polish is coming off. The owners are very rude not kind at all. AVOID AT ALL COST.Service: Pedicure

Went here due to my normal nail salon being closed. They did not use clean instruments and did not take off my gel polish fully and the polish is coming off. The owners are very rude not kind at all. AVOID AT ALL COST. Pedicure

Critical: QualityI came and got a fill-in and the man who prepped my nails was super nice but everything was rushed. Then the girl who actually painted my nails did them super fast and it was kind of messy. I got white “GEL” polish on all 10 nails and got rhinestones around the cuticle line on 2 nails. I also got my toes done but those came out super cute. I the total came to $63. When I asked her why it was so expensive (cause I only got a fill-in with 1 color and some rhinestones). She said it was because they charge extra for gel and rhinestones. 3 days later, rhinestones started coming off and a little over a week later, the polish started to chip. I usually get gel and my polish has NEVER chipped before. I came and got a fill-in and the man who prepped my nails was super nice but everything was rushed. Then the girl who actually painted my nails did them super fast and it was kind of messy. Critical: ValueWAY $$$ then others, no prices posted, awful waxing experience.Looked nice and clean upon walk in.They asked me to wait a moment for waxing, which was fine, must have waited about 5 minutes. The wait was longer then the time spent in the wax room. She took me back and I asked if they did underarms as they did not have pricing listed. She said yes. She waxed the first one with 3 different strips and then went on with tweezers plucking quite irritatingly more then I am used to. She kept laughing and when I said something she motioned as if someone outside the room was talking but no one was loud enough to be heard. She waxed the second in one large piece of cloth doing no tweezing or after-oil after like she did with the first. Both odd for me as someone who gets waxed almost every month for the last 20 years of her life. She did eyebrows next and I said I do not like them too thin but if she is able to arch them I am appreciative. She asked if I was tattooed and I said “Yes, I had microblading 5 years ago”. She asks how much I paid and starts telling me how they are cheaper then everyone else. She only waxed underneath and between the brows. Never touched the top of my brow and she used quite a large stick compared to what I am used to seeing. No trimming, brushing, tweezing. Would have been fine if it turned out okay. Well, when I got to my car and looked at them (I did not look inside because she blocked the mirror checking her own makeup/eyelashes when done), my eyebrows were the thinnest they have ever been. I have had others spend a good 20 minutes on my eyebrows doing all of the above and more, and came out with more hair. I looked like I had barely any hair left on one side and the only thing saving me from looking stupid was my faded ink.I’ve never spent over $36 MAX before tip on these 2 services.
