For the price, I probably won’t come back. My appointment felt very rushed and multiple times I said “Ow” because the nail tech was being so rough. They didn’t have the color I wanted, which was a pretty basic dark green. The tech also tried two pretty basic designs before ultimately admitting it was not his forte and went for the solid color. $57 for a gel acrylic manicure is a bit steep – the last place I went to did a better job, took way longer, and only charged $50. I guess we’ll see how long these clumpy things last.

This was the first & last time I will enter this establishment. The man that did my nails didn’t speak a word. I came in & he didn’t seem to care if he got my business or not! I was going to get the spa/pedicure or deluxe, but he said they were out of soft drinks. No biggie! I was doing this review & he asked if everything was okay. I said yes because he was not finished with my pedicure & I was already uncomfortable. It was dead silent except for the TV background noise. All he did was paint my toenails for the most part. I could’ve done that myself for $32. If you want any callouses removed, plan on paying more. I paid cash to avoid any extra charges & because of this man’s attitude. I didn’t leave him a tip. If you plan on going into this location, think twice. Don’t expect any great experience. It’s overpriced & the employee I had didn’t seem to like his job much.

New to the area and have been to a few places, I haven’t been impressed. Shape of the nail is a huge pet peeve of mine. I figured I’d give TK a try, and boy am I happy I did. This review is a few days late. I had a very different experience than the reviews here. This was my first pedicure appointment with TK Nails. In the beginning I was left soaking for 35 minutes before the tech made it to me. Not a big deal if that had been the only issue. She really didn’t do much to remove my calluses. Which is the main reason I get pedicures. By the time I got home my feet were already rough and dry looking. As if I hadn’t had a pedicure at all. My polish was also opaque and spotty. It definitely needed a second coat. I also thought it was odd that there wasn’t a UV curing station for the gel polish. So I had to sit and wait for the gel to air dry. I was there a total of two hours and really have nothing to show for it. I don’t understand how I ended up with such a different experience than others seem to have. I will say everyone was very nice and the vibe was very fun. I might give them another try sometime in the future. Maybe it was just a fluke?

After coming here for many years I was incredibly dissatisfied with their service. In getting a basic pedicure, which I have done for over a decade here the lady did not even touch my heels and take care of any dead skin. She shaped my nails, painted them and used what seemed like a watered down lotion. There was no treating of my feet. I could have paid for a nail change if this is all she plans to do. So sad I need to find a new place

I have been going to TK Nails and Kitty does my nails and Joy does my Pedicure. I am taking them off to plant flowers and work in my yard. When I removed them my nails underneith are perfect. I brought a friend here so that she could get her nails done for a wedding, making sure to schedule an appointment ahead of time. We had an appointment set for 11:30 for her to get a mani-pedi and me to get my nails buffed and cuticles cleaned up, they didn’t even start doing her nails until 45 minutes after our appointment which by that time I had cancelled my appointment due to time constraints. The job was very poorly done, cuticles not clean, nail polish not professional looking, they didn’t even do the color she asked for. I am very disappointed and won’t be going here again.

Critical: ProfessionalismWent here with my mom and daughter to have a girls weekend. All 3 of us ended up with getting manis and pedis. I was first cut by the woman doing my fingers. She claimed I had a hang nail, but it is actually a cut. Didn’t think much about it. Accidents happen. Went over to get the pedicure started. The young man filled the tub with water but didn’t check the temperature. When they told me to put my feet in, it scolded me! It was so hot I couldn’t. The manicure lady put more water in trying to make me believe it was cold water. Every time I tried to put my feet in, it just burned me. The entire time the woman kept saying “oh you just sensitive.” I finally got my feet in (with tears of pain) and a younger woman finished my pedicure. Sadly, my mom thought I was being sensitive too until we left and I showed her how red my feet and legs were. I don’t think we will ever go here again. She claimed I had a hang nail, but it is actually a cut. Didn’t think much about it. Accidents happen. Went over to get the pedicure started. $45 for a fill with regular polish and no deigns is upsurd. I was charged extra for nail shape when my nails were never reshaped and Extra for more than color. I made an appointment and waited for 45 mins before I was seen then i felt like my service was rushed Acrylic nails
