Critical: Quality, ValueCame on a Sunday, wasn’t busy at all. Had well experienced nail technician. Never been here before. Sad to say I won’t be returning. I asked if they could do an hombre nail. Wanted more of a fluorescent or hot pink on the tip of the nail. (Natural tone to pink tip) so they did not have the color I wanted for the tip. So I already compromise to a different pink she had offered to me. I did not want white tips at all. When she put Acrylics on was slightly rough on the hands. Didn’t like the routine she did. I’ve had my nails done dozens of times, just felt like more people over yrs did more with my nails like cleaner, healthy wise, more sanitary. Told me not to use soap when washing my hands. When I sat down felt like I Could still feel shavings from the last person on the table. Then I was told it was $65 for squared. If I got what I wanted chiffon style $75 .Compromised again and went ahead did squared, When I noticed she was putting white powder on the tips(the very first finger) I said something to her about it. How I want my tip pink, not white. She told me it wouldn’t be, and continued. I knew at that moment, she wasn’t on same page as me. I let her know few times that they were not what I wanted. As she was kind and tried talking to me the hole time. At this point in my mind, I wasn’t tipping. I didn’t get anything I wanted! Then I went ahead left a tip of $10.44 which left me a grand total of $89.99 Doors were open front and back No AC that day. Need better quality as well. Came on a Sunday, wasn’t busy at all. Had well experienced nail technician. Never been here before. Sad to say I won’t be returning. I asked if they could do an hombre nail. Critical: Cleanliness, Punctuality, QualityI got a simple gel manicure at this place, scheduled an appointment at 1:30 waited until 1:55, she filed my nails as fast as possible and with some of my nails, she just touched the file to my skin almost like she was pretending to file that nail. The polish flooded my cuticles in some places, and if you look closely, it’s obviously sloppy work. My cuticles bled on two nails. I got a simple gel manicure at this place, scheduled an appointment at 1:30 waited until 1:55, she filed my nails as fast as possible and with some of my nails, she just touched the file to my skin almost like she was pretending to file that nail. The polish flooded my cuticles in some places, and if you look closely, it’s obviously sloppy work. My cuticles bled on two nails. Will not be visiting again.

To me, that meant we had an appointment- seems like a logical assumption to make. So, I planned other errands & chores around the 3:00 appointment time and arranged for my mother to watch my 4 year old son. We arrive at 2:55 for our 3:00 “appointment”, signed in on the sheet and checked the box notating that we had an “appointment”. We proceeded to wait in the area by the front door for 20 minutes until someone finally acknowledged us. Then they seated us only to ignore us for another 15 mins. By 3:30, when we had not even been acknowledged other than moving us from one area to sit to another, we got up to leave. Someone asked where we were going and I explained the definition of an appointment. They all stood there with blank expressions – so we left. Seems like we may have dodged a bullet though after reading these other reviews. We will not waste our time going in there again nor would I want to give them my hard earned money. Also, the homemade wood frames and disgusting plastic everywhere is absolutely ridiculous. If I could give zero stars, I would. I called at approx 12:45 to make an appointment for my daughter & I to get our nails done. They told us to come at 3:00 and she took my name. To me, that meant we had an appointment- seems like a logical assumption to make.
