Really nice atmosphere. I have to say this Chinese family is really down to earth. They converse with the guests. I called and spoke with Ms. MeMe. They stay open later then other shops which was really convenient for my work schedule. I was in and out less than 2 hours. I recieved services for Gel Pedi full set gel and eyebrow wax. I was also sold on the new service Brazilian wax. This place is a vibe with r and b music.

Called and asked if they took walk ins; told me 12:30. Very professional and nice. A little shorter than I normally get them but I actually love the length, what I wanted and what I got in regards to the picture I bought in was 100% on point. The price was perfect as well. I realize i came in about an hour till close on christmas eve. But i called first and was told withiut hesitation to do so. They were somewhat friendly shen i arrived however some were clearly peeved. But besides the poor attitude type atmosphere, the work done was honestly just as poor. Was given gel but asked for acrylic. Nails were cery clearly rounded when I asked for almond shaped. They were not smooth after polish and coat and they didnt push or cut cuticles back or anything. Just left gaps and had them looking like they wer already borderline ready for a fill in on the first day habing them. They were crooked and just looked very rushed. Will not return!

Came in as walk in on a Saturday 4/23. Wait time was over an hour. I was fine with that. Needed a pedicure for my birthday coming up on Monday 4/25. I asked for the $35 pedicure with regular polish. After waiting a while in the pedicure chair, it was finally my turn. The tech did my pedicure really fast. So fast that she didn’t massage with the mud. She served me wine with the same gloves she had on while doing my pedicure. After my pedicure was done I called the owner over to let her know I didn’t receive the massage with the mud, now she seems to not understand what I’m telling her. Ready to pay now the owner gives me a total of $45, I asked how so. She says we were out of regular polish so we gave you gel polish. I said that’s not what I asked for, and you should have let me know that regular polish wasn’t available in that color and I could have picked another color. Now the owner husband wants to explain to me the prices. Which is not the issue. The issue is doing what you seem fit to make more money and not what the customer asked for. In the end I was charged $35 plus $1 debit/credit fee.

The staff is friendly and welcoming, the music was great as well as the atmosphere. I would highly recommend this shop and it’s only my first time coming and I didn’t have an appointment. I’m coming back the prices are reasonable!

The prices are too good for the service these employees provide. I had not found a good nail salon that I would go back to since I’ve moved here, but now I can say T&K Nails is my #1 favorite!!
