This salon is my go to nail salon every time I want my nails done. I have been going here for a while now and they never disappoint. They are always very polite and friendly. Very professional and every time I leave, my nails look amazing. My nails last me a good 3 to 4 weeks before I need to get them done again. I have never gone in and was disappointed. I love TK!

I had such a relaxing experience at TK Nail Bar today. It was a little busy, but that is due to the upcoming holiday. Still, they make sure to spend time with each customer. My technician was David and he was phenomenal! He took his time with my nails and made sure they were to my liking. He introduced me to the pink and white nail concept and I’m just in love with them. I highly recommend David and TK for your nail needs!

The lady who checked me in was so so sweet and polite—she also took off my nail set and set me up to soak while whoever was supposed to do my nails was with another client. No biggie I get they were busy, BUT the nail tech who did my nails made me feel so rushed. While taking off my acrylics, the pieces were flying in my face, my hair, down my shirt and at one point I said “ow!” She kept on buzzing, told me to soak and disappeared to first client. I wanted to get gel—she pushed me to do dip powder. While she was doing my manicure she was also running around doing two pedicures at the same time. There were enough people there that I was happy to wait for someone so I could have their undivided attention or so those two pedicures could’ve had her undivided attention. I ordered a manicure that included massage, mud mask, hot wax with towels, the works!! However, it was the LEAST relaxful thing I have ever experienced. The sugar scrub was rubbed so fast and intensely into my skin it was painful and not slow and enjoyable as I have had previously. When I left there I realized underneath my nails were filled with gunk from the excess of removing my acrylics that she didn’t clean. I get that they were busy, but don’t juggle three clients at one time. It’s rude, unprofessional, and not fair to the customer. I paid full price for a half done experience.

I have been going to TK off and on for the past five years. Tina is always smiling and cheerful when you come in and she will check you in most of the time and help with the removal of your previous products. I try to always get Hue (Way) as my nail technician. She is fantastic, patient, and kind. My most recent visit was on Christmas Eve and I was shocked they were opened, but very grateful because I was going out of town. This establishment is clean and decorated well!

Oh what an amazing experience!!! From walking into a clean pleasant nail bar, were you are greeted immediately by the receptionist or one of the many talented nail techs. This experience today that I was given was stellar. The bar is stocked with plenty of beverages. I’m sure you’ll find something of your liking. On this trip I needed the works from head to toe!. The new pedicure chairs were awesome. I didn’t feel cramped nor crowded. Plenty colors and options to choose from. Please go and visit. Tell Kelly, I sent you, she AWESOME!!!

If I could rate this place any lower I would. I had my nails done for a vacation, when I got home I wanted the tips removed, and was going to get them redone. When the so called nail tech was removing my tips, she literally just ripped them off! No soaking, no nothing. My natural nails are now ruined! It hurt really bad when she was ripping them off, I would pull my hand away. She didn’t care. I even said, this is not how you do it, again not a care from her. I left. Never again will I go to this HORRIBLE place.

I gave this place 2 tries. The first time I made an appointment and still had the wait over an hour, I was desperate for my nails to be done otherwise I would have left. There was NO acknowledgement that I had an appointment. After the wait at least The nail tech did an okay job. I went back again today only because they were open on Sunday . Only good thing was no wait but the gel polish change was the WORST I have ever had and I have been getting gel polish for years. The solution she used to remove my old polish burned (acetone has never done that to me before), then she used a drill to remove the old polish, she squeezed my fingers so tight my pinkie is bruised. The tips of my fingers are tender and the nails so rough they are catching on everything. I will go natural before I ever go here again. I suggest you do the same,

This will be the last time I patronize this business. The man who did my gel manicure was hasty, rude and dismissive. When I went to put my nails under the UV light, one of my nails touched the machine causing it to mess up the paint. I immediately showed him, and his response was to say in an aggressive tone, “I don’t control your hand, you did that, not me, control your hand”, as if to imply I accused him of doing it. The entire time he was doing my nails he was huffing and being impatient. I won’t be returning after coming here for 3 years. This wasn’t the only incident I was totally unsatisfied with my service, but decided to give them another chance because I do understand businesses may not always be consistent. Lesson learned, never again!!!!!
