UNPROFESSIONAL! Had my appointment A MONTH in advance as a new client. Appointment was changed to come in at noon, & also informed I would be waiting a “few minutes”. WAITED AN HOUR! Tasheba sends a wash girl Camari to relax my hair, prior to her touching my head I asked Tasheba would there still be a wait she said yes I would still have 2 more heads to do even before I get to you. I cancelled the appointment & walked out! We don’t work all week to have our Saturday free time robbed, don’t lie and say a few minutes when it’s expected hours before you even touch my hair. The 1 star is for practicing COVID precautions
