Critical: QualityI went in an asked for a shave. I shave the sides of my head. The gentleman was very polite. However I never got a shave. He used multiple trimmers but never once a razor. When he was done. He showed me in the mirror. It looked nice. I went in an asked for a shave. I shave the sides of my head. The gentleman was very polite. However I never got a shave. He used multiple trimmers but never once a razor. When he was done. He showed me in the mirror. It looked nice. Once I got home I realized that it wasn’t even trimmed the same length and he only trimmed half of my neck area.

Critical: ProfessionalismDO NOT GO TO CARRIS! Do not go to pretty Carris! She was suppose to do a wash and trim, she ripped my hair with a fine tooth brush and then cut 4 years worth of growth (I’ve been natural 5 years) and now all I have is an uneven twa, that’s crunchy and feels like straw. I’m balling as I write this, I should have left but hate confrontation, but this isn’t right. She decided to block me instead of facing this! She made us wait almost 2 hours cus she wasn’t done braiding then she went to get her kid. She’s a nice enough person but she did me dirty dirty and I have to warn others! I basically has 1-2 inches longer than when I did my first big chop 5 years ago. It didn’t seem that bad then but I just washed it a day later and seen the damage.
