I’ve been coming here with my mom since I was in elementary school and we know the manager and everything. So I wasn’t planning on being so disappointed. When I called to make an appointment they told me the prices for a mani/pedi with acrylics for the pedi ($30 for the feet, and $45 for the hands). Once I was finished with only my finger nails…they told me $85. And the job was horrible. I needed this nail set for my quinceanera…so the picture I showed them was somewhat fancy…but not really anything crazy. I showed my nail lady the picture ONCE and she never looked at it again. I asked a few times if she’d like to see it again since I could tell it definitely didn’t look like the picture I showed her. But I let it go and had high hopes. I should’ve said something because the end product was horrible. They were thick…crooked…had red scuff marks (on my white painted nails) and I never got my cuticles cut, they never put my fingers in the water, none of what I usually would get when getting my nails done. I paid $85 for a mani that looked bad. I never even ended up getting my pedi done. Because who knows what crazy price they would’ve said for that. All I asked for was white toe nails and white acrylic finger nails. Never coming back……if you like getting your nails done this is okay. But definitely don’t come here for acrylics or anything fancy.

After going here for almost 2 years the last time I got my full acrylic set done they looked okay at first but as they grew out I realize that they were very chunky at the cuticle and somewhat Jagged at the touch. After being a loyal client for so long I decided to give them another shot. I came in today as a walk-in customer I was greeted by the manager who didn’t seem to be in the best mood. I told him I needed a fill in a fix. He looked around had me sign my name in the book and probably told me I can wait. I went and picked up the gel nail samples and waited a little while before I finally asked him where he wanted me to sit. He begrudgingly took me to a seat pulled it out and helped me sit down. I knew I would have to wait a little while and was not at all upset about that. It wasn’t until I had waited approximately 10 minutes and he came up and told me it would be another 20 minute wait. When I asked him why he didn’t tell me that to begin with he came up with excuses but didn’t have an exact answer for me. When I first started coming to this Salon over two years ago he was a very happy and friendly manager. Always willing and eager to help but in the most recent year he has become harsh and bitter and difficult to talk to. I hate to say it but I am now shopping around for a new nail salon and will no longer be going here
