I hate to write this, but I always see their good work on Instagram that’s why I payed a visit. I got Jennifer to do my nails in dip and her application was so faded & patchy like if she mixed it with water. I got them to fix my nails the next day because it looked that awful. I told her & the staff but I feel like we cannot communicate right because I cannot understand what they’re saying vice versa. I expected a glamorous experience but it was the opposite. They also scam you by including the “tip” in the service you got. Beware & don’t double tip like I did.

I used to love coming here for my pedicures. I would be able to walk in and everyone was very helpful and attentive. Not this last time. The person that did my pedicure spent 5 minutes from start to finish just because I bought the cheapest pedicure. When I brought this up to her that it was too fast and she didn’t put lotion on my legs, she decided to argue with me instead of apologizing. It was terrible. She also kept pestering me about getting gel when I told her repeatedly I didn’t want gel. I will take my money else where.

I never thought I would be writing a bad review on this place. I thought I had finally found my place for pedicures, about 2 day’s ago my toe nail was hurting (me thinking I hurt it at work) not realizing am starting fungus on it. It hurts so much I now have to go see a doctor for it. And to make it more embarrassing my husband was the one that noticed it, that my right toe nail looked bigger than my left one. I never thought I would have a toe fungus but thank you TJ nails now I can say I had one from you guy’s.

This is usually my go to place for pedicures. I went in on a Monday for a pedicure then later that week one of my toe nails started to hurt I figure it was because the nail technician did not cut my nail properly so I decided to go in the following Monday to see if they could help me fix it . The lady did not even turn to look at me when I was explaining to her what I needed. She simply asked me to come back later and I told her I could not come later keep in mind I usually come in with no appointment right at 9 when i come in for a service . I feel as though she did not want to help me because they weren’t going to charge me . So since I wasn’t paying they were asking me to come later when it was very inconvenient for me to come back. Super disappointed in how they treated the situation . I had read other reviews saying this same thing and I didn’t experience it til today. They lost a loyal customer. I used to rave about this place to all my coworkers. I’ll be making sure I tell them to go elsewhere!

Annie did my nails and i have not been happier! I like them long and square, and, finally, I found Annie to do my nails to my liking! Fast worker bee but did not scrimp. Everyone at the salon is nice, relaxing chairs, relaxing music, definitely coming back to TJ nails

Brandon is horrible he is rude and he hurt one of my fingers and was still pulling them. My finger is swollen and it hurts to move. I let them know and they didn’t even do anything.
