My mom & i came here just for a gel removal, it was super quick but we noticed they don’t sterilize anything. When the lady went to get the drill machine, it was behind one of the massage chairs on the floor.The same drill that was used for my mom was used on me as well. None of the workers change their gloves after rubbing oil on peoples feet. Everything looks rushed in there.

I had a manicure done . The guy that helped me cut too much cuticle on my thumb. I was bleeding a lot he didn’t even apologize. I hope the instruments were sterilized, which I doubt it. They’re not even inside sterilization pouches.

I read a review on here that said to not come here because your toe nails will chip and I wish I had listened. I got a pedicure and it’s the weirdest thing that almost all of my toenails started to chip, including the toenail. My toenails have very little nail now and look so ugly. Very disappointing.
