They only good thing about this place us that they honor your appointment time. I always give the benefit of the doubt. (We all have bad days) I went about 6 times to thus ship each time my “Gel polish” chipped the same day or next day. He always blamed it on me. I chose to go in and just get an ombre powder set. He had an attitude and was shouting prices at me (I didn’t ask the price) I asked for what I wanted. He made them so thin, I broke a nail. Went back a few days later for him to yell at me. He fixed it and tada the same nail broke 2 days later. I went back to fix the same nail and it broke the very next day! I will never frequent this place again! Ladies RUN FAR!

Went there a few weeks ago to get full set. My nails were all uneven. My 7 year old Grandaughter could’ve done a better job painting them. I had nail polish all over my hands. I told him they looked horrible and he got up and walked to the back. Went to top nails and they fixed them. Had to redo every nail. Top nail charges 12.00 to fix them and I thought that was awesome!

I was so excited about treating my daughter, who is expecting her own little bundle of joy, to a manicure at TJ Nails & Spa in Franklin Va. To our disappointment, her nails had small bubbles in the paint and the shape of her nails were not uniform, noticably. We called this matter to their attention and they had a very nasty attitude and wouldn’t even look at her nails. We are not ones who complain and in fact my daughter asked me not to say anything but I just wanted them to fix what I paid for. Had I known they would be so rude I would’ve just left. Needles to say, that will be our last time at that salon.

My favorite nail salon in Franklin. The owners are Super friendly, chatty and seem to genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Ive never had any complaints. My husband and I make it part of a date night at least once a month!!
