I had an appt, spent over $300 and everything was rushed, left and didn’t even notice that one set wasn’t even fully polished. By the next day, the girls polish was coming off. Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI had never been here before but was in between appointments so went in to the closest place. What a mistake! I got a full set of acrylics with gel, the tech was very rough and took the drill deeper into my cuticles then anyone ever has. This was last Thursday 7/22 but 7/24 my ring finger on my right hand was starting to be tender and just progressively got worse. By yesterday was finger was extremely swollen, my finger tip was numb and was in terrible pain. I went to urgent care and they said this was due to unsanitary nail tools. After leaving a different salon in Lee’s Summit multiple times bleeding because of carelessness & rushing, I decided to give this salon a try because it’s closer to my home and I wanted to see if this could be my new place to get my nails done. And I’m so glad that I made that decision!! It is EXTREMELY clean, well decorated, and it’s a very welcoming environment. I didn’t get a chance to ask who my nail tech was, but she was wonderful and educated me on how to soak off my nails whenever I choose to. My nails look great, no bleeding happened (because she actually took her time & paid attention) and the price is reasonable for the area and the work done. I will definitely be coming back from now on!!

I walked in Saturday afternoon, asking for a dip. Never been here before but thought I would give it a try. Tho (pronounced “Tah”) was very helpful and made my experience with Dip Nails a good one. (My last salon had left me with a poor out come, and I was not quite sold on Dip nails) Tho took my own nails, did a french dip and the end result was beautiful. My nails feel healthy, they are not thick with product and pretty. Tho explained the benefits of Dip nails, and educated me on the product used on my nails. They have a large selection of different colors. Clean, friendly Salon. 5 stars, she did a wonderful job, I will be back for sure. Thank you.

First time going to this salon and it was more than I expected!! I booked a pedicure and manicure. I was in a hurry to make my next appointment and they were very timely in getting me done and out the door. Best pedicure and manicure I have received! The staff was very friendly and personable with all their clients. I will be definitely be a repeat customer and recommend the salon!! Thanks for making my nails look wonderful for the wedding!!!

This was my first time here. The husband and wife owners seemed very rude. I had a young lady named Yvonne do a pedicure and she was wonderful. Just the right amount of chatty and sweet. She did a wonderful job. The salon is very clean and very attractive. I think the owners should work on their bedside manner.
