I have been coming here for over 10 years, Timmy always does a awesome job however I just paid $50 for a refill. He said it was because it was $25 for the refill because of the length of my nails, $5 for the repair, and $20 because I used gel polish. I have been coming here for over 10 years and they have never charged me this much for the usage of GEL polish. I guess that because prices of food, rent, and gas have all gone up they feel like they can get over on us as well. I will not be coming back.

I wasn’t expecting much because the reviews weren’t great, but this place definitely exceeded expectations. I got a pedicure with Andy, and he was phenomenal. Did such a great scrub on my poor rough feet (I haven’t had a pedí in three years), and the massage was fantastic. He’s gentle but also gives a very strong massage, and is very sweet. I will definitely be coming back.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis salon has had no type of improvements over the last 10 years that I’ve been frequenting this location. Anytime I visit this location they’re either empty or have several guests and only the husband and wife working. The full sets never last past day #3 and it’s probably because Timmy can’t focus without his cigarette breaks every 10 mins. I can’t lie, the way his wife does my eyebrows is the only reason why I still make the drive every other month to this place. But after walking in today, I was told there was 2 ppl in front of me for a pedicure and that it would be an hour for a pedicure and an hour before I could get my brows done. I guess hiring more ppl isn’t an option here. This salon has had no type of improvements over the last 10 years that I’ve been frequenting this location. Anytime I visit this location they’re either empty or have several guests and only the husband and wife working. The full sets never last past day #3 and it’s probably because Timmy can’t focus without his cigarette breaks every 10 mins. Worst experience! They only have 3 people working. I went in to ask for a pedicure. They informed me to pick a color and have a seat at the bowl. The lady prepared the water and everything. I thought that I was going to be see right away. Instead, they all tended to other clients. (Which would have been fine, if they explained that I would have to wait. Instead I stayed waiting in what started off as hot water to cold for 30 mins. The lady could tell I was 1.5 seconds from getting up and walking out. She came over and started to do my pedicure. But she was bouncing back from myself and her previous client. I didn’t appreciate the lack of professionalism or the service. I will never be back!

I give them a 4 ONLY for JULIE! I love the way she does my nails and my brows. I can never complain and she’s good at what she does. Others are rough or don’t care about how they do your nails just want your money and then do a rush job to get you out and the next customer in but Julie cares about the quality of your nails and she takes her time and I feel she’s PERFECT on the brows. If you go there ask for Julie if she’s not there then her husband is KOOL too.
