Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThis is the first review I’ve ever written, and I hope that it can save someone else a terrible experience.I’m absolutely disgusted by my recent experiences here. After a good experience with a male tech (I don’t know his name but he was very kind and meticulous), I returned to have my acrylics filled. The woman I worked with did a terrible job. She was rushed, wouldn’t provide the service I had asked for (white powder), and cut me with the file multiple times. I had small bleeding cuts in three different places. My nails were not straight or shaped consistently. They were poorly done, and were lifting in a way that required them to be fully removed after a few weeks. I returned to the shop to have them removed. Unfortunately, she took over my removal process as well. Instead of filing and soaking the nails, she quite literally used another nail extension to rip them off. Obviously, this didn’t really work. I left with multiple bleeding fingers because they were torn so short and jagged. I was charged $10 for this service and ushered out the door. I will never return to this terrible place.I also marked unclean because the techs never use clean towels or utensils. They don’t clean their stations in between customers, and the stations are consistently dirty. I’ve also never been asked to wash my hands.
