Very professional. Never rude. Always make time. I bought my own decals and the lady in the first booth to the left was very diligent on assisting me with my own designs. I have been there getting my nails done about 4 times or more. Never an issue

The staff was very nice and I had a very enjoyable experience with my friends. That being said, my manicure is chipping after only 2 days. I got the basic manicure and I at least expected the polish to last 4-5 days. I was sadly mistaken. The polish on the ends of each nail has faded and chipped by today (Monday) and I just got them done mid-day Saturday. Disappointed.

Had my nails done with dip powder on friday. Saturday morning one cracked and by the end of the day chipped off. By Monday half my nails chipped off. Tuesdays went and complained and someone else “fixed” them for me. Now they are thick and uneven. Waste of $70 ($50 plus $10 tip plus another $10 tip for the “fix”)

Critical: PunctualityI am new to the area and was still going to my old nail shop but they were horrible with keeping appointments. I decided to try something closer and was excited to go to TJ Nails. I loved that you could make an appointment online and was impressed with the text and email reminders the day before. I show up for my appointment this morning and there was no one there to do it. I was asked if I can come back? No! My time is as valuable as anyone else. I don’t understand how businesses make appointments and send reminders and then not keep them. At least contact me and let me know so I can reschedule. Poor way to run a business. I am new to the area and was still going to my old nail shop but they were horrible with keeping appointments. I decided to try something closer and was excited to go to TJ Nails. I loved that you could make an appointment online and was impressed with the text and email reminders the day before. I show up for my appointment this morning and there was no one there to do it. Called at 11 AM on a Wednesday to make an appointment for 5 pm the same day. Arrived for my appointment and sat a few minutes while the tech in front of me finished someone up. I was taken to the chair where I then soaked my feet for an hour while other people were taken care of first that arrived while I was soaking. Left after an hour and no one said a word. Had gel set for not even 1 week nails are lifting one came off. And paid $115 for feet and nails. Won’t do it again especially here
