I would like to tell those future customers that plan to visit TJ Nail Spa that this is NOT the best choice. I rated this business 1 star because their communication was not the best. Sometimes I didn’t even know what they were saying. Also their prices are extremely high. They charged me 80$ on just a deep french tip for Christmas. I saw that other people’s review was pretty good so I decided to give it a try. They take a really long time and the nails are just not worth the money. Only a few are neat and the rest are sloppy. There not careful enough and all that matters to them is money. As soon as you walk in, they ask you if you want pedicure manicure, they’ll offer you anything as long as you give money. If someone wants to start a nail business, in my opinion, should have experience, and make their product worth the money they are asking for. Try going somewhere else public, it’s not worth it !!! Save your money !!!

Don’t get your lashes done here. I got mine done 4 days ago and they were so uncomfortable to blink. The lady did them so fast and didn’t care that they were too close to my waterline. I came back today to get them removed and they don’t have anyone monitoring you in case you are uncomfortable. My eyes started burning and I was trying to get someone’s attention. Someone came and ripped out the lashes and it hurt so bad! She didn’t even care to remove the glue. So disappointing . No wonder it’s so cheap getting lashes done here,they just have random nail techs doing it. Save your money and go somewhere else

If your going for a pedicure please be aware . They will use the same dirty water from other clients . It was my first time ever getting a pedicure I did not no any better. They gave me an infection in my right toe . I had to go to the doctors because of how badly it was hurting and how bad my toe looked .

Critical: Professionalism, QualitySo dissatisfied and disappointed in the service I received, I was in pain the whole time my nails were cut so short when the primer was put on my fingers were on FIRE! the acrylic stuck to my fingers was being lifted with her nails so rough . Also got a pedicure, no disposable sandals provided?? My sandals were put on when the paint was wet which messed up my nails three times and I had to leave that way. Not to mention the shape is awful and the length is all over the place . So dissatisfied and disappointed in the service I received, I was in pain the whole time my nails were cut so short when the primer was put on my fingers were on FIRE! the acrylic stuck to my fingers was being lifted with her nails so rough . I got my nails done and some fingers are missing polish you can see some spots without color and when I told him he got mad and did it but didn’t even fix it. I came here for 2 pedicures and a full set and the lady at the front put 5 people before us when we had been waiting there for 30 minutes. Bad costumer service.
