Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI wanted to get my nails done for my birthday. I found this place online, it was right down the road from my house. My stepdaughter and I both got our nails done and they look fantastic! Both sets took right under an hour and they were very clean and gentle. I’ve been to some places where they cut or file too far. They talked to us and we’re both so friendly. We will definitely be going back! I saw a sign that said if you can pay in cash it’s appreciated due to increased credit card charges, luckily I had cash on me. I wanted to get my nails done for my birthday. I found this place online, it was right down the road from my house. My stepdaughter and I both got our nails done and they look fantastic! Both sets took right under an hour and they were very clean and gentle. I’ve been to some places where they cut or file too far. They talked to us and we’re both so friendly. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueVery Unprofessional, rude, and blamed me that gel didn’t last even 1 day!! I wanted to try a new place and saw this one had great stars. They got me right in, although I called ahead. They weren’t too friendly, some small chat. I tipped them well as my massage was great and my dip looked alright. My service was over $100 for my toes to chip the next day. I was leaving on Vacay and didn’t make it back until later. More and more paint chipped off my toes. I went in upset and was told “it was something I did” are you kidding me? I told them I have gotten gel and dip for years and it lasts until it has to be taken off. They argued with me and DID not once apologize that this happened!!! What a business, NOT a business as they wouldn’t treat someone so disrespectful. She said it was just my big toes , but it’s starting to slowly chip on others as well. Horrible experience!! Very Unprofessional, rude, and blamed me that gel didn’t last even 1 day!! I wanted to try a new place and saw this one had great stars. They got me right in, although I called ahead.
