Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI am a new resident of the Hayward area and could not find a place to go for a haircut…I called several places that were very booked out and could not take me in the near future. So my last resort was leaving a message at the Titus salon as my last shot at trying to get my haircut. I really did not think I would get a return call, but thankfully Hannah called me and was able to work me in within a few days of me calling!! She is VERY busy and VERY booked out but was kind enough to take me and give me a fantastic hair cut! I cannot say enough good things about Hannah..she is one in a million! She obviously truly cares about her clients and is just a good person all the way around. I loved the time I spent with her and can’t wait to see her again! Thank you so much Hannah for caring enough to get me in to cut my very out of control hair!
