Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI scheduled an appointment with this service a week ahead of time and even requested time off from my job. When I arrived there 15 minutes early, there were three people already there and I had to sit and wait 3 hours to be serviced. Another customer arrived 20 minutes after me and she was helped first. When I voiced my concerns about having to wait 3 hours when I scheduled early, they began yelling and talking bad about me in their native language. They were very rude and unprofessional. The next day after I got my hair done, my hair extensions began to come out, 5 pieces to be exact. The service was very poor throughout with their attitude and how poorly they rushed to install the hair without taking time to make sure it was properly done. Then, when I came back to get my hair fixed after the pieces fell out, they had an attitude and was upset. They did not apologize and was unfriendly. They were even going off back and forth in their native language about me as if they were displeased. They even requested for me to pay more money after they promised me a discount for having to wait so long and the way she confronted me about paying more money was rude and hostile. I will not be returning. I have been going to this place for six years and they just lost a long time customer due to their unprofessional behavior. Please do not go to this place!!!! Invest your money with people who appreciate your business!!!! I scheduled an appointment with this service a week ahead of time and even requested time off from my job. When I arrived there 15 minutes early, there were three people already there and I had to sit and wait 3 hours to be serviced. Another customer arrived 20 minutes after me and she was helped first. I took him for his 13th birthday and receive simple straight back cornrows for 80. Absolutely ridiculous. I also had to watch the entire process because the pregnant dark skinned woman was extremely rude to him whenever he moved, but he’s a child don’t offer child services if you cannot handle child behavior. My mother had taken my brother here a month ago to get braids with a design, and paid 80. I took him for his 13th birthday and receive simple straight back cornrows for 80. Absolutely ridiculous. Positive: Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe lady was very sweet, quick responding, affordable, and gets the job done quick. Very professional and persistant. I also liked the fact that she already had the hair that I wanted. Before going to her, many shops told me I’d have to get the hair myself. And communicating with her before hand was easy, I was able to send her a text of what I wanted which was convenient. And was able to do it the same day and even did it early in the morning for me to fit in my schedule. She was very honest. So 10/10 I would definitely recommend. And my hair looks great. The lady was very sweet, quick responding, affordable, and gets the job done quick. Very professional and persistant. I also liked the fact that she already had the hair that I wanted. Before going to her, many shops told me I’d have to get the hair myself. And communicating with her before hand was easy, I was able to send her a text of what I wanted which was convenient. Critical: ProfessionalismI was given a quote over the phone for some simple braids on my 3 year old daughters head. I was told about $60 over the phone , upon arrival I was told it would be $150 to braid my toddlers hair !!??. I expressed my frustration because I was told 1 price over the phone just to drive 45 minutes and get a completely different price . $150 is ridiculous for braids for a small child who’s head isn’t even completely developed. I was given a quote over the phone for some simple braids on my 3 year old daughters head. I was told about $60 over the phone , upon arrival I was told it would be $150 to braid my toddlers hair !!??. I expressed my frustration because I was told 1 price over the phone just to drive 45 minutes and get a completely different price . $150 is ridiculous for braids for a small child who’s head isn’t even completely developed.
