Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI drove over 4 hours during the Easter weekend because all other hair braiders were busy, once at location I was asked to move my car in the blistering cold and rain three times with our good direction as to where to park, I should have taken that as I signed from God not to patronize but unfortunately I followed thru with appointment, I sat around waiting for my 2pm appointment until almost 3 and the African lady they assigned to me had really bad energy you could just feel the tension as if she really didn’t want to work, yes I brought in my own hair but the head braided agreed she would work with it. The girl that braided my hair was aggravated and did a very sloppy job didn’t even bother to twist the hair to the end, I was left to finish at home, overall worse experience ever and these ladies don’t even have braiding license or approval to run business out of a residence and I do plan to report them! Patronize these African crooks at your own risk, they have the aura of those Africans fresh to America with hatred for African Americans, the Senegalese’s near Dollar tree are more professional and better quality!
