Critical: ProfessionalismMy mom and daughter got a haircut when I called the number a guy picked up the phone just said Hello, not professional at all, I asked for price of haircut for both and was told they start at $15 for both child and adult. My daughter got a basic Aline cut she already had shoulder length hair so not to much to cut, my mom has all so shoulder length hair and just had a trim. After done and asked how much it was my mom said then told $70 where did it go from $15 to start to $35 each. I wish they would have said how much it was going to be before they cut the hair and not be surprised in the end. We did tip $10 so total of $80 for a simple cut.
