We were at Titanic Nails for 2+ hours. My sister wanted a simple design and they completely effed it up. The lady was stressed the whole time and didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Not only did she leave residual nail polish and glue on the skin, about 20 minutes after, the polish was coming off the nails! She paid for gel keep in mind, there’s no reason why the gel should be lifting off that way. My mom also got her nails done and they were just one color and they were beautiful. So, we went back to get the design fixed and the manager refused to give us our money back because we paid for her “time”. However, we don’t go to nail salon to pay for the time it took. We go to get the service we paid for. I left pictures on what we got and what started happening, I was so disgusted by the outcome and the service. We thankfully were able to get her a new set of colors but she didn’t refund us. It probably would’ve been cheaper to do that than to start over but so be it. If you’re thinking about coming here, just get a simple set with simple colors. Don’t get any designs. This whole experience ruined our moods and then they all just laughed and started ridiculing us for wanting to get our nails fixed. We paid $77 for those nails if you can believe it. We expect a set worth $77, not something a 5 year old could’ve done.

If I could give no star I would. Just left this salon after spending $111.00, I am at home repainting my nails. Went back to show them 15 minutes after leaving that the polish was messed up by them.All they wanted to do was argue. Will never go back. A bunch of thieves.i still had to redo my nails.i didn’t complain about price. Quality is everything. Bad job

Used this Nail and Spa store for many years. Linda and her brother do a great job. Always everyone in Salon treats you like a friend. Always couttious and friendly and greet you upon entering, always clean. Moved to far away to go regularly, but if in town this is where I would go!
