I’m giving 3 stars because until today I had never had a problem with any services there. I go monthly for pedicures and to have my nails filled. Today I went and got assigned to Nelson who was awful from the start. I showed him the picture of what I wanted and he automatically started telling me to change what I wanted but I was persistent and he finally decided to do what it was I asked for. However, he applied the acrylic so thick and refused to sand down any of the glitter I previously had on before hand. He also used dog nail clippers to cut my nails. When he applied the polish you could CLEARLY see the previous colors that he didn’t take off completely. I asked him about it and he insistently got defensive and started to yell at me. Mind you I NEVER raised my voice at him at all. I grabbed my purse with halfway done nails and he continued to yell at me. I went to the front and asked for someone else. They were going to do my pedicure and sat me in the chair. While waiting, Nelson brought another patron and sat her right next to me…which isn’t the problem. The problem is that he then started telling the other worker and the patron he was helping in Vietnamese amd English that I wanted “free services” and didn’t want him to finish my nails. This is FAR from the truth. I decided to soak the hack job Nelson did and got Nathan to help finish taking the acrylic off. I’m debating whether I want to go back but will REFUSE Nelson at all costs.He is extremely and unprofessional.

I made an appointment for a simple manicure. The place has a beautiful interior but that’s as good as it gets. I was led to the sitting area and was not told or asked what color samples to use to pick my color. The lady that worked with me did not speak to me at all unless I asked her a question. It was very quick with two coats of color. Then she said to wait 5 minutes then she never returned. I waited almost 15 minutes and my nails messed up before I got down the road. I went right back to have them fixed and was treated worse!!!! Not worth my time or money… if you do not make everyone feel special and pampered they will not be back to spend money in your facility….
