It was hard to communicate to tell the stylist to turn the blow dryer down. My hair is a bit on the thicker side and the stylist was clearly struggling. The stylist washed my hair maybe 6 times before styling. Instead of de tangling My hair , she was trying to burn it to make it easier to style. And none of the equipment was cleaned either.
