I have been here a few times and my experiences have been mostly positive. A few weeks ago my mom and aunt went in for Manis and pedicures. They said after they were done they went to pay and they told them they would only accept cash because their credit card machine was broken. They told them they could pay with cash or zelle. Neither of them had zelle so they went to get cash. At first they didn’t want them to leave but how can you expect someone to pay cash when you don’t tell them until the last minute. I went in about a week later and since it had been a while I expected them to either have the problem resolved or disclose to me at the beginning that they were only accepting cash. Since no one said anything when I walked in I assumed everything was fine. Well at the end of my pedicure which took over an hour for some reason, they proceeded to tell me they would only accept cash or zelle. I dont have zelle plus my phone had died. I told her I would have to come back and bring her cash. When I asked the total she said it was $53! I was like what? I have been here before and they have never charged me that price. They must have done add ons and not told me. Anyway I came back with cash but I would never go back. I feel like they are now scamming people. I know times are tough but a little transparency would be nice.

Jenny has always done an amazing job on my nails! She also recommended a green cat eye nail color. I’ve gotten so many compliments on them. I would recommend her service to anyone that is looking to get a manicure or full set. I’d also recommend making an appointment ahead of time to make sure she is available at either one of the Tipy Toes shops in Chino Hills.

I am a client of theirs for last one year. Their services are going bad because of changing staff may be. For my appointment they started late and then they sent an amateur to do my facial wax. She could not pull off hair in one go and used strip multiple times on one spot to the extent that skin became red. When I resisted to get it done from this lady they told me that they don’t have anyone else . B.shouldad some otservice comeyou can let hergo a client with one thing done that too lid way. No client value . I get it done regularly so I can make difference of somebody who knows how to do it and someone who is new . . Sad but true time.
