Ive given this place chance and after chance but the 3x ive been in 2 out of the 3 hasnt been the best. I came in today told the woman i wanted the detox with regular polish no gel…gives me the basic and puts gel. After i was like uh…i asked for this and the lady said oh well next time you can get that sorry didnt understand you. There was 2 other people getting manicures and i was the only pedicure so she could of given me what i asked for but didnt even try. Ill be finding somewhere else. They didnt use anything to scrub my feet just cleaned my cuticles and painted my toes. Spent 50 bucks on that with gel

I made an online appointment for the next day, I received several text msgs confirmation reminding me of my upcoming appointment. When I arrived for my appointm e ent, they refused to honor my appointment and told me I should of called. I shown them my appointment confirmation that was on on my phone, my appointment was acknowledged but not honored. He said I had to wait behind the 5 walk-ins. I would never go back, I was treated badly. Historically, my nail service was good but customer service and the refusal to honor my appointment was embarrassing and hurtful.

Apparently my girl was required to be the receptionist as well as cash everyone out even if they weren’t her customer. First couple times not a big deal but after the fifth or sixth time I was getting aggravated. Why is my time as a client not as important as the other clients?? Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI got a mani/pedi for my kid and if you’re anything like me you get annoyed when you take your kiddo and it’s clear they sloppily applied polish because it’s a child. NOT HERE!!! They were patient and took their time with my FOUR year old! She loved every minute and her little nails look so good! Would 100% recommend

I got a dip powder and pedicure . They didn’t even scrub my feet to get rid of the cracked and dry heels. Water was cold. They also didn’t cut my cuticals back. I feel like the place was NOT clean. One of the mail techs was super sick . She was coughing , not covering her mouth and sleeping in one of the chairs. She wasn’t wearing a mask and I feel as if she is putting all the customers at risk. Not professional at all. Will probably not be returning
