My sweetheart Jason surprised me with a Mani and Pedi. This place made me feel like I had interrupted them. The pedi chair was broken so I couldn’t move the back at all. The nail tech that did Mani took a smoking break and didn’t wash his hands when he returned to me. Found that bizarre. The total was $80 and I wish I could say I felt good when I left. My nails looked good which I truly appreciate. I love getting my nails and toes done but no one smiled or was very friendly the whole time I was there. The techs spoke I’m their language together and no one else. Made me feel sad

I went in last minute because my last dip manicure was on too long and my nail started to tear. The gentleman who took care of me saw where my nail was hurt and was gentle and took great care to remove the old polish and apply new. He assured me that my nail would heal while protected by the new polish, since my nail tore too close to the quick to trim all the way. They have a great color selection and I enjoyed a little conversation while he worked. He also listened when I described how long I would like my nails to be, since they can’t grow too long so have to start out short. I’ll definitely go back.

This place will nickel and dollar you to death! Rude Customer Service, they always quote 1 price then charge you another! I am done here! There are too many other places in Tipton County to go to.. that will treat you better! Pedicure

I was VERY dissatisfied with them not having warm/hot water to do my Pedi with. Then I had gotten a French tip in my real nails. I left my glasses at home but after getting them on I noticed the lines were JACKED UP! N the toenail polish was chipped the next day.

I paid good money for pedicure which it was a get buy. No regular polish no selection. I don’t like or use gel. The sanitation was horrible and the girl cut me twice. I won’t be back. Pedicure

First, I would like to say, I love Tipton nails. The original crew was the best. However, I give this nail shop a 2 because I had an inspiring manicurist working on my toes. A little background of my feet. They are hard working feet that experienced some harshness due to playing basketball for over ten years. My feet requires an experienced manicurist. She was nice and polite but she needs more practice. My polish was smeared all over the skin of my toes. Why I didn’t ask her to polish them over because I had already waited about an hour or half and hour. I was ready to leave. Overall, the environment was nice and they offer you things to drink. Maybe next time will be better.
