I usually do my own nails but I decided to give this place a try for the first time and I’m glad I did. The staff were friendly, the lady did an amazing job on my pedicure and was gentle and did great techniques, the place had a beautiful design and was clean. I will be coming back maybe for an occasion to have drinks with my service! Would love to try their facials here!

Every 3 weeks for over 12 years I was loyal to the same hairdresser and was hesitant to try anyone new. I was use to having my old stylist pass me off to the assistant to apply the color, then someone else to shampoo and blow dry. Having Francisca do it all made a huge difference in the outcome. I LOVED how she took time to explain throughout the process as to why I was encountering various issues. I trusted the process and I am thrilled with the color and blow dry. I didn’t realize how my old color didn’t complement my skin tone and made me look older. I highly recommend Francisca if you are looking to make a positive change in your appearance.

Wow! Just Wow!!! I decided to treat myself to a fresh haircut and wanted to try the keratin treatment and this place was amazing! At first impression, the place was very clean and the decor was fresh and modern. I was treated with so much kindness and felt super comfortable. Nothing is worse than feeling anxious when you are getting your hair done…I felt very relaxed and enjoyed every moment. Bonus is the end result! I love my hair so much! It was so dry and unhealthy and now it’s shiny and so gorgeous!!! This place is my new favorite!

This is my 3rd time using this business trying to support local business…however…I made an appointment for a blow dry and when I got there the hair stylist told me she had to leave because she had another commitment. The nail technician told me she was going to do my hair as she is a ” hair stylist”. My fault for believing!!! I hhsd to guide her on how to use the brush and I had to demonstrate how to blow dry the front portion of my hair. Then she attempted per my request to do beach waves and could not even manage how to use the iron. They only took 10$ off my bill….they just lost a good client. Evrytime I went I dropped more than a 100$.

I hate to leave a bad review as I never have as I do not want to get in the way of people making an income for themselves. But the positive reviews fooled me into giving this place a chance. I will say the person who answered the phone was pretty nice and the person who checked me out was fine too. But my experience overall wasn’t a friendly one at all. Never got asked even once, for anything to drink. And I would think that would be the minimal thing to ask for in a place called Tipsy. My gel pedicure was subpar overall and I felt like a chore the majority of the time I was there. But I can say that the application was done pretty well despite the difficult color I chose. I’ve never had such an uncomfortable experience getting pedi done before. I’m a nail tech myself and where I work we spoil our clients and I do NOT expect the same outside of my job. I was looking for bare minimum customer service and have a glass of wine. But I felt bad to annoy some of the staff with such a task. Just asking where the restroom seemed to annoy one of the ladies there. This location can use a lot of improvements to be successful especially where they are located. Again, I do not like leaving bad reviews but my experience was too unpleasant to not give my honest opinion and advice.

Made an appt for myself and a friend for dip manicures. First time in this location. While the space is pretty I feel the staff/appts could run more efficiently. The tech doing my nails was very nice and I enjoyed our conversation. I did not like the numerous interruptions. She stopped at least 5-7 times to either answer the phone, book appts, etc. The tech doing my friends nails although while very nice looked quite unkept. His torn and frayed undershirt was visible and his nails were not clean. All the techs were dressed differently so you had no clue who worked there or who was a client. The dip manicure was not worth $50 plus tip. We won’t be returning.
