This review is for the hairstylist Luz. I got my hair done back in August. Had to reschedule to accommodate her because she had an event she was going to and I was going out of town. Went in for a blow dry and haircut. My blow dry did not even last 2 hrs! Texted Luz to see if she could do a touch up and said no because of her event which was fine but then stated that she doesnt work miracles and i needed a keratin treatment. Funny how my other stylist has never told me that and my blow dry lasts up to a week with her! Overpriced salon

Luz is seriously amazing!!! I came in with frizzy, gold, unmanageable and DAMAGED hair!! I asked for a hair botox treatment and Luz went to work!! She was extremely kind and professional and she takes great pride in her work! She told me she works her very hardest on every client because she loves what she does. I’m a customer for life!! My hair is now soft, silky, and a gorgeous color that I LOVE! My Fiancé is so impressed with my hair transformation!! Thank you so much Luz, you’re a sweetheart and the best hair stylist I’ve ever had. I will be back regularly for treatments! This salon also does nails however I have not tried to get my nails done here just yet. The sweet woman at the front desk who answers the phones is also a makeup artist and she’s VERY sweet! Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, but these two women made my hair appointment so much fun! I can’t wait to go back!! Thank you so much ladies!!

This place is the best! I booked hair extensions with Erin after following her on IG, I was lucky enough to snag an appointment. Her work exceeded all of my expectations, so happy! I have had a few let downs in the Lauderdale area and was looking for a rejuvenated vibe. Erin was super quick, professional and skilled, not to mention a pleasure to spend a few hours with. Bonus, Sam! Nails by Sam IG, was able to accommodate a dip and custom design that was probably the best I’ve ever had done. Erin even did my hair at the same time Sam was doing my nails. I’m telling you this place is a 10 out of 10 for someone who appreciates skill and needs something done correctly the first time. I’m a lifer and wish them so much success at this location! The workers there were unprofessional, and rude, kept saying they wanted to go home in front of customers like they wanted me to leave .. I had called to make appointment because I need a babysitter, they told me there was someone available to come now, so I did, only one person working, looked like she had just started doing someone’s nails, so I waited 40 minutes only to be informed that she was also going to get a pedicure too.. I was already upset for not being able to get my nails done, and didn’t want to stay and wait because of their comments, so I left my EarPods by mistake, called the next morning and they made no intentions to look for it, just said no EarPods here..
