I walked in and told Christina exactly what I wanted and Cindy did a fabulous job. I have acrylics and she even cut my cuticles and gave me a massage as well. Most places do not do that with acrylics. She took her time and was extremely meticulous with her work. I will definitely be back for future manis and I can’t wait for my first pedicure with Cindy. I have been looking for a nail salon that could do white on white French Manicures. I am not a fan of pink and whites. I walked in and told Christina exactly what I wanted and Cindy did a fabulous job. I have acrylics and she even cut my cuticles and gave me a massage as well. Most places do not do that with acrylics. She took her time and was extremely meticulous with her work. I will definitely be back for future manis and I can’t wait for my first pedicure with Cindy. DO NOT GO HERE. I was visiting home and decided to try out a new nail spot. This is by far the worst set of nails I have ever had. In addition, I was overcharged and mislead. Initially, I was told that a dip manicure would cost 45 dollars only to be charged 68 dollars at the end of my visit. When I acknowledged their mistake, the employee unprofessionally screamed at my nail teach for her mistake. The entire atmosphere of the establishment was unprofessional. After paying the 78 dollars (including tip) I was told to “call back soon” for details regarding my refund. Minutes later I was called back and they were offering to give me back FIVE dollars IN CASH. They refused to give me any sort of refund on my card. It has been less than a week since my visit and this is what my nails look like right now. Already breaking off and peeling. Do NOT go here.

I would love to give big props to my nail tech Nikki. I follow her wherever she lands because she is one of the best I’ve ever had. I come in with an idea and she gives it her artsy twist. I get a full set and a pedi and ladies if you do a gel pedi with her it’s guaranteed to last at least 3 months. Believe me I tend to push my pedi and say to myself it’s crazy how the paint is still in tact. I just can’t boast enough about Nikki and what she willing to do to make your vision come to life.

Worst nail experience of my life and I am not a very picky person with my nails. Trust me you can do a better job at home. I just wanted a basic pedicure and manicure and it was an absolute disaster. Very inexperienced nail techs that do not seem certified or with any level of training. I had to have my toes completely redone after removing and redoing nails over and over again because the person could not paint them. She then said “sorry I don’t know how to paint” and sent someone else to finish. My toes were all different shapes and just looked terrible. The pedicure took over 2 hrs and my cuticles weren’t even touched. I had to fix my own nails when I got home. It was such an unpleasant experience.

Worst French manicure of my life. I told them to remove it straight away and I left. Highly do not recommend. **UPDATE: When asked for a refund, we were so rudely treated and only offered a complimentary ‘redo’. Why would I want you to redo my nails you so poorly did the first time? Ridiculous. The franchise owner’s husband was very unhelpful. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS

I am not one to post a negative review, but this is the worst experience I have had at a nail salon. I received a gift card as a present, and it had listed on the actual card the Boca address. When I made my appointment there, they told me they would not accept my gift card as it was only to be used in the Delray location. I then made my appointment in Delray, and when I went to pay with that same gift card they told me that it had been expired. I had to speak up for myself and be persistent for the woman to double check, otherwise she really did not care and was not ready to assist. Even more, the dip manicure is bumpy, inconsistently painted and just not what I asked for. With so many salons in the area to chose from, I will never be back.

We traveled from Miami just to get service from Andrea and were not disappointed. Booze AND lash extensions!? Sign me up! The place was so inviting that we ended up having our hair done as well (Mark is an artist!) and a few other services as well. Andrea was amazing and we will for sure be going back for more services. We even met the owner who was super sweet. Highly recommended!
