Positive: Professionalism, QualityI have been going to a Tipsy nails for years. It’s best to make an appointment as they are busy. Van is my normal tech and she’s great! But Quinn did my nails for the first time and I was not disappointed! He does great designs!Services: Nail art, Acrylic nails

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI regularly get my nails done monthly and this is the worst experience I have had. I advised nail tech there was dip powder on my real nails and I requested to soak powder off while I waited to get new color. This did not happen. Nail tech drilled the top layer of polish off and left on the previous red colored dip powder. I had two artificial nails applied from previous salon due to breaking my real nail. I requested to have a new nail put on and old one taken off to prevent a fungus infection. The nail tech refused and said he would keep the previous one on. The nail tech proceeded to put the new blue colored dip over my old red dip. You can see the old red color on the side of my nails and underneath. It looks TERRIBLE!!! To make matters worse, my nail has turned yellow underneath the artificial nail.I regularly get my nails done monthly and this is the worst experience I have had. Critical: ValueI would give this place 0 stars if possible. I went in on Tuesday, 8/17/21, to get my nails done for my family’s vacation. I got a gel manicure and pedicure and spent $87 for it. It is now Sunday, 8/22/21 and 5 of my gel nails have fallen off, not even a week after getting them done. Unfortunately, I do not remember the man’s name. Not to mention during the pedicure they were pushy about getting me to buy the more expensive pedicure and also left me in tears during the ingrown toenail removal. After that my toe has been swollen, red, and very tender which has not been fun to deal with during vacation. I have never had any other nail salon be so rough or pushy with my choices while getting my nails done. Will not be going back.Services: Manicure, Gel manicures, PedicureI would give this place 0 stars if possible. I went in on Tuesday, 8/17/21, to get my nails done for my family’s vacation. First time here. Very clean and bright. My tech Ken(?) did an excellent job on my pedi. Had him laughing because I have very sensitive feet. Will definitely go back.

Critical: ProfessionalismI typically do not write reviews, but I figured I would this time to let others know of my personal experience. On June 2nd, it was my second time going here, and it was to get my nails done for my wedding. Unfortunately I do not remember the young ladies name who gave me my pedicure, but she was not gentle at all when it came to the ingrown toenail removal. She asked if it hurt, as I was already in tears, and I told her yes it hurts. My sister was looking at me like, “is she going to stop?” But she did not, and she just continued. At this point, my toenails are bleeding. She continued, and finished up what needed to be finished. The pain was no longer there, so I just left it alone and did not mention it to anyone. 2 weeks go by, and I go back to work after my wedding. My big toes are extremely sore, and I just thought it was because of my work boots because I have not wore them in about two weeks. The pain in my big toes continued for about 2 to 3 days. One day after work I got in the shower, and as I was shaving my legs I saw that my toenails were blue underneath. I then got to thinking, and now it all makes sense. They are blue from her removing my ingrown toenails. I am not sure if they just got bruised from the removal, or if they are infected. They do not hurt anymore, but my whole toenail on both big toes are extremely blue. Unfortunately I ended up having to take the nail polish off of my toes just to look at them. (There is glue all over my toes still) I am hoping this goes away and does not affect my toenails in any way. Just wanted this information to be put out there. Aside from all of that, my toes and nails looked great afterward.(Updated picture on the right – almost 2 months later)Services: Pedicure, Acrylic nailsI typically do not write reviews, but I figured I would this time to let others know of my personal experience. I came here 2 weeks ago to get dip powder on my nails and they looked great until the next day, they started chipping off and then a few days after that they started breaking clean off while I was at work. The guy thinned them out to the consistency of paper almost. I ended up just clipping all my nails off and going back up there hoping to get a different person and tell them what happened the last time I was there, but the same guy waited on me and after I told him what happened and how he thinned out my natural nails too much he told me that’s what happens when you get dip over and over again, but I’ve gotten dip multiple times now and this is the first time this has ever happened. My nails keep bending and I’m now having to take biotin to strength them back up. I ended up getting gel because he said that would strengthen them but they don’t look the best either… I definitely won’t be coming back. Tried calling them multiple times to talk to a manager and no one ever answers the phone.
