Okay my nails look great, however, they have this cool check in and scheduling system where you can pick what you’re having done and pick which tech you want. They don’t follow that at all. My girlfriend and I went and requested certain services and techs and didn’t get either. Other than that, they were nice and polite. The gentleman doing my pedicure made sure everything was okay and provided drinks.

I took my daughter here to treat her to gel polish on her fingernails & toenails while I got a pedicure. My pedicure turned out great, but within 1 hour my daughters gel was peeling off both her fingers & toes. I called the number listed online and the call went straight to a voicemail that was not set up. I then sent the salon a message through Facebook. The salon said I could bring my daughter back in to have her gel redone. I showed up the next day with my daughter and was told we would either have to wait a long time to get in due to other customers having appointments or we could come back another day. I know the customers the employee pointed to saying they were ahead of us did not have appointments since they asked how long the wait was when they walked in. I asked the employee if we could just have a refund for my daughters nails and I was told that refunds are against their policy. We left and went to our tried and true Tispy Salon in Glen Carbon (in front of Walmart) and will unfortunately have to pay someone to redo my daughters nails. My daughter doesn’t pick at her nails. She’s had gel polish from other salons many times and it lasts at least 1 week for showing any signs of coming off.it was obviously not applied correctly.

I had an appointment at 3pm, waited an hour for just tips and another almost half hour for the tech to start. The second tech (Kim) ripped two of the tips off because I guess she didn’t like how the first tech (John) did them. The second tip she started ripped hurt too bad so she soaked it.

Critical: Punctuality, QualityI came here as my normal salon was super busy and could not get me in same day, I was able to make an appointment online (love that) and my appointment was at 6:15 but they did not get me in the chair until just under 6:42. After being seated my tech bounced between me and someone else the entire time and I ended up being there for 2 hours. My nails did look great (I just got a plain color, nothing fancy) but they only lasted about a week. The man who checked me out realized it was my first time and apologized for being so behind and then gave me a free lotions for some reason my clear coat is coming off and my nails are cracking badly and I work in an office so I am not doing anything to cause this. I came here as my normal salon was super busy and could not get me in same day, I was able to make an appointment online (love that) and my appointment was at 6:15 but they did not get me in the chair until just under 6:42. I got a simple gel mani. took over an hour and my nails aren’t smooth.. have bumps on multiple nails…Won’t be coming back.
