I was excited to see their huge collection of nail polish, and the salon is very clean. However my Mani/Pedi were terrible. Lumps in the manicure polish, smears all over my cuticles, every nail chipped within a day. Left calluses on both of my feet even though I paid for the “deluxe” pedicure. Nail tech asked me to sit in the Pedi chair and let it dry for 10-15 minutes, never checked on me, didn’t help put flip flops on, but sat with her face in her phone in a Pedi chair 2 seats away from me and never looked up, even when I was ready to pay. So disappointed that I paid so much for such poor service.

Decided to try something new after being with same salon 8+ years. The service was great. Techs listen to my requests, no waiting around, minimal chatting and clean. $85 dip and pedicure Dip powder, Pedicure

I had a great experience!! Stacy was amazing and so friendly. I went in with an idea with what I wanted and she went over and beyond! She put her own creativity and I fell in love with my nails. 100/10 recommend!

Nails didn’t turn out terrible! Only 2 fingers were very thick but I was hesitant to ask for more drilling because she seemed offended when I asked to go thinner the first time, even though I asked for thinner from the beginning. Also quite rough when pushing back cuticles, had to ask her to go softer.. ended up going across Parker road to have them fix the 2 nails that were super thick…

I rarely leave reviews unless a business is excellent or, as in this case, pretty bad. I have gone to this Salon for the past year on and off because it is close to home and generally the manicures are acceptable.

If you have nothing better to do than sit and wait this is the place for you. Stopped coming here 3 years ago due to lack of respect for appointment times. Gave them another chance and made an appointment, 30 minutes later I left. They double book their techs and will take a walk in if they come 5 minutes before your appointment. 3 other people walked out with me

i’ve been an avid customer of tipsy nails until today. usually I have no issues with any of the people there or the owner. however today was very different I originally stopped going to tipsy nails because of the poor craftsmanship and the way that their staff always made me feel as though they were in a rush to be done with my nails to get onto the next customer. I understand Times are tough but to rush your appointment because you overbooked yourself is unacceptable. Today I went in for a simple full set, acrylic nails long, I asked for a Square Straight tip. The man doing my nails assured me that he could do it and I even showed him a picture for reference. however when I left I was just not pleased to find that I had a cat like curved claws that were much shorter than the picture. then when I told him that I no longer wanted him to Do any paint work and to just please , put a topcoat over it so that way I could leave and then I would get my nails done elsewhere the way i had wanted, I was argued with and give an attitude about whether or not a square straight tip does or does not exist. at this point I was rather uncomfortable and just wanted to leave I paid and tip 20% as usual however I do believe that this place is going downhill they used to be awesome and put a lot of care into their work but now it just seems like they’re sloppy and only care about how many customers they can get in a day.
