I love my nails. IVY did my nails. She was very detail specific and checked several times after doing each steps. I highly recommend going here. She explained and also recommended ideas. Definitely will go back to her!! Only negative I found was , just for the nails I paid $85 which I think is too much. I didn’t have manicure or pedicure done, the price was too high.

I was referred here by my bestfriend and drove 30min. Well it was worth the job. They are very nice and friendly and my mail tech Tracy did any awesome job. She clearly understood the assignment. I’m so happy and will be back. Pictures do not capture the true beauty of my nails but I tried.Happy holidays

Today I went there to get my nails done hoping to relax and enjoy some “me” time but when I arrived it was everything but that. I sat down on a table as usual and waited about 5 min or less for someone to do my nails which was totally fine. When the lady sat down to do my nails I noticed she was going extremely fast and just did not seem like she cared at all. I let her know what color I wanted and the length I would be happy with, she cut the fake nails very quickly and started my nails. If you’ve had acrylic nails before you know that there’s a whole process but in this case the process was skipped. I asked her to please take her time and she responded very rudely to me. She also said “if you like them when I’m done great and if not then oh well.” I was very upset and asked for the manager. She went to the manager and instead of the manager coming to me she quickly switched my person. Did not come to me at all.. instead she shouted “my apologies” and went about her business. It was so unprofessional and rude! My new lady was also very quick but at this point I just wanted out of this place. I don’t recommend this place of business what so ever. Spend a little extra and go to Milano nail spa down the street where you get the time and excellent service.

I am so annoyed that 0 stars isn’t an option because this place deserves it. This was the WORST pedicure I ever received. Tiffany was absolutely terrible. She was rude, incompetent & unprofessional. She couldn’t even polish within the lines and the water was cold. She didn’t listen to any of my requests. The entire salon is unclean & the tools were dirty as well. 0/10. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

Extremely rude staff… while I was getting a pedicure the lady doing a manicure on the lady next to me kicked my shoes multiple times. She didnt ask me to move them or if she could move them. She pushed her cart over them and kicked them out of the way. I came in with a group of 4 people. 2 of us finished our pedicures & we were waiting for our other 2 friends to pay together & the manager man who sits at the front came up to us at the drying station and rushed us to pay and kicked us out. The salon was practically empty and no need to kick out 2 people who paid for service and were waiting to pay together. Never returning. Do not recommend to any people looking to get nails done. Go elsewhere where you are treated with basic respect and kindness.
