My experience overall is 6/10. I liked my pedicure. The lady took her time and made sure I had the perfect shape and color. My manicure experience wasn’t the best, I was rushed when nobody was rarely in there. I didn’t have the shape and was cut twice. I was highly disappointed. I understand every shop has problems with people in the past but I expect to be treated with good service, that has nothing to do with me. Please do better.

I have been here a few times, always spend a lot of $ and get dip with tip ( sometimes it’s mediocre but I came back). Pedicure was great today. Today I wanted just a gel manicure because my cuticles needed cleaned up and my nails were too short for dip/ I didn’t want tips today. I explained this and that dip would look too thick given how short my nails are. They refused and insisted that I do dip to upcharge me. Now I have cuticles that are a mess and green globs of dip on my nails and skin. My nails are stubs. I wish I could take It off. They were so pushy and would not let me get what I wanted. I hope they are happy with the upcharge because I will not be back. Only giving 2 stars bc pedicure lady is amazing.

While I did enjoy my pedicure, the color I picked looked nothing like the sample nail, and was never consulted on if it was alright. The nails I got were incredibly poorly done, and when I pointed out that my right hands pinky and thumb ring were completely crooked, she tried to then ask me if it was that it’s too narrow??? And became very combative while trying to talk to me. After arguing with me for a few minutes, She took them off and reapplied them and it was still incredibly crooked. All of my nails are different shapes and most are not applied well. Several people walked in trying to get services and were continuously telling them that they would be right with them. And being again very aggressive with their answers to the clients. This set makes me want to chop them off and get a whole new set, I’m so upset. Don’t go here if you want good services or good customer service, you won’t get either.

The first time I went my experience was okay so I went back again but the last few times service seemed rushed and the filling process hurt because my nail technician was rushing and it cut my skin a little. I tried this place again due to last minute needing to removed SNS powder and just wear my natural nails only polish this time the service was better with a different nail tech. I would like to see more pampering and taking their time while doing a service. Each time I’ve went it wasn’t over booked or busy so they have the proper time to provide good service without making you feel rushed.

The staff at Tipsy Nail Bar always took great care of us. The best pedicure experience I’ve had! I’m excited to recommend it to my friends and family due to their fantastic service and craftsmanship. I’m for sure coming back I have been serviced quickly every time whether I have an appointment or not. I loved that the technician took her time to really prep the nails before doing the gel polish application.

Don’t be deceived by it’s fancy front with wine and bottles , SERVICE was Horrible! I went for Nail Acylic powder tip, this lady is not gentle at all. Filing my nail so hard and keep tapping my hand, I wasn’t comfortable the time I spent there. The way she handle me was very RUSH job and she is kind of a rude person, I post the receipt and my nail came off after 1 day. I am beyond upset as this is my first time to this nail salon.I will not recommend , bad experience as first timer.WASTE OF MY MONEY and TIME! She said her husband do a better job , well I’m sure they will lose business the way they handle business and first time customer. WORST EXPERIENCE in this salon.

The manager came to me after I got up and asked someone to charge me before I left, which they did bill me FULL PRICE for. Since there were other customers she offered to make it right for me but it’s been a week and no one has reached out. It’s the second time I get terrible service from this place. Needless to say they won’t be seeing me again. Save your money and go to any other salon. The pictures below are from the same day I was at the salon. My nail cuticles are properly trimmed because I did it myself. If you look at the background that’s all the trimmings I did myself. I regularly do Tipsy Nail Bar and the staff is very friendly. Absolutely Love how the dipped nail are done and how they feel light just like your very own. Will provide you the most comfortable and relaxing experience. Very comfortable and staff was amazing, didn’t know exactly what I wanted but was treated like family, they were patient with me and was an excellent experience. This place is one of the cleanest places I’ve been.
