Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI would give it less than one star if I could! The worst nail experience I have ever had. I went Saturday am and had my nails done. I was initially satisfied with the nails even though the gentleman had to do the top coat twice bc he messed them up by putting the cuticle oil on before they were dried. Fast forward to Thursday when I had 5 nails broken at the tip line. So since I live directly above them in the apartments I stopped in to express my concerns. The younger gentleman asked who did them and I stated I didn’t know his name but he is an older gentleman. He told me he is off until Monday and I would have to wait till then to get them fixed if I didn’t want to pay. I stated don’t you think this is unacceptable and it’s Halloween weekend I can’t go to parties with my fingers looking like this he told me sorry there’s nothing he can do. I told him I’m willing to pay for a new set if I could get some type of discount bc it has only been six days and I haven’t don’t anything extraordinary that would cause so many nails to break. I would give it less than one star if I could! The worst nail experience I have ever had. I went Saturday am and had my nails done. I was initially satisfied with the nails even though the gentleman had to do the top coat twice bc he messed them up by putting the cuticle oil on before they were dried.
