I don’t know why I keep giving this place a chance. I started going somewhere else about a year ago and recently came back here. I’ve been here 3 times in the last 2 months, the 1st time back it was great. (pretty sure it’s the owners husband that took care of me). The 2nd time I had the lady that seems to just do pedicures, she did a good job too. Today I’m pretty sure the kid was timing himself to see how fast he could possibly get a pedicure and manicure done. If there was a contest he won for sure. He was going so fast that he kept knicking me with the file and the cuticle cutter and when I would pull my hand away because it hurt he would say, stop moving. I will typically get an upgraded pedicure but I wasn’t even asked what I would like. Today was their last chance. You guys really need to up your game because you have a lot of competition around doing a WHOLE LOT MORE in a much cuter and cleaner salon.

If I could give this place 0 stars. I would . I got the worse pedicure I’ve ever received. The polish job was a complete mess. From clumps in the polish to polish all over my toe. Someone else tried fixing his mess and made my toes worse. The onwer thought she was helping by taking $5 off. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Pedicure

I booked a fill in appointment with the owner herself, Kristine, and the entire time she seemed annoyed the entire time. My service was trash due to her stopping in between several times , the whole time she was doing my nails she was servicing others instead of making sure I was satisfied with my service. In which I was not. My nails were shaped all different sizes when they wet all supposed to be square shaped, she did not buff my nails down so some nails are fat some are smooth, she did not clean up around my nails after she was done, did not use the oil like they usually do, I had to remind her for all of these things and she never once apologized she rushed my entire service with her because apparently she had other appointments that were more important than mine. I called the next day telling her I was unhappy I asked if I can come in she told me 2 days later I could but at that time I no longer want to go back. I will never return back there.

Horrible service, I’m very upset with my no chip manicure previously to coming here I had gel fake nails. Which they guy that did my nails saw , he did his thing and left most of the fake nail under. I even told him you missed a spot and he said i was fine. He finished the last coat and asked me if I liked it and my response was no! he told me it looked good that you could not tell theirs lumps under!

Had a pedicure and full set done here yesterday. First of all, it was my first time here, I usually go to a nail salon in Shorewood but decided to come here since that salon was busy. When I arrived everyone was super nice and very attentive ( I was the only customer in the salon) well the pedicure was good but it literally chipped within a few hours. The full set was very thick and wasn’t even at all. I wanted a coffin shape but the girl told me it was $5 more… what? No other salon charges more to file a shape. But whatever. Well I got home and my nail polish started to peel as well. NEVER GOING BACK!! I just wasted $50 for nothing! I’d rather wait in my regular nail salon if they’re busy.

Critical: ProfessionalismThis place does not honor appointments. Was on my lunch hour and they told me to come at 12 but at 1230 I was still waiting to get the pedicure. I had to walk out and no one even cared…… I went somewhere else that honors appointments and did a great job and now has a permanant customer.

I had an appointment at 5:15 for no chip acrylics. Arrived at 5:15. Another woman comes in at 5:30 for her appointment and she gets taken right away. I waited until 5:45 to get my nails done. Nails get done around 6:15 so I go under the dryer. Sit under the dryer for 15 minutes because I was never told I could get up or any amount of time I should have sat there. (perhaps thats something I should have known?? IDK) Leave the salon around 6:30. I simply drive home. SIMPLY drive home!!! My nails are chipped! Every single nail. If it wasn’t so noticeable I wouldn’t care..they are more than noticeable. I’m in shock

I waited 20 minutes before my pedicure started and I had an appointment. The kid who did it couldn’t care less about my frustrations. My pedicure lasted 3 days before it chipped! I won’t go back.
