Not happy with the service I received. Employee/owner is very talkative and intrusive. My shellac wasn’t apply correctly, I received service on Saturday and went back on Wednesday, because the shop was closed. My polish was chipping and fading away in only a few days. The owner ask did I do any dishes or cook, rather I did any of the two, my shellac shouldn’t have came off in two days. He did re- polish my nails. The salon is very clean and set up nice.

Critical: Punctuality, QualityI went to have 2 broken nails fixed and have my nails painted. I was over charged and she didn’t do a good job filling down the acrylic. My daughter got her fist pedi the same day and was also very disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend getting any services done. This is my very favorite place for getting my nails done! Unless they are very busy, they seem to get you in as soon as possible. My nails feel and look amazing every time I go there! If I have to wait 3-4 minutes they are so apologetic. LOVE this place. Keep up the good work, Tim and Ann!

Absolutely phenomenal experience! I was recently here for a pedicure with my mother, and they were amazing. We were late for our appointment, and they offered to stay open for us even though it was nearing closing time. They did a wonderful job, and I absolutely loved the parrafin wax treatment! It’s too bad I live 1500 miles away, because this was the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. I would definitely return.

I’ll never go back, the man charged me almost $20 more then stated over the phone because I wanted my nails a little longer then he wanted to do them. Also left alot of access acrylic under my nails which hardened and cut my skin. Then after only a week 4 of my nails lifted and came off. Also he treated my daughter with so much disrespect because she was asking questions about different tools and designs

The polish always looks great but when getting a full set or fill, the guy always cuts my nails way down even when I say not too. Not impressed by that at all. If I wanted short nails I wouldn’t get sets on. But other then that very nice polite people.
