Critical: PunctualityMade an appointment well in advance. I called and confirmed the appointment an hour before it was time to come in. I was told they would be ready for me. I work full-time and I don’t have time for lengthy delays. I arrived at appointed time for my gel nail set and Christina told me she was busy with a client. she was only halfway through a pedicure for another client. She then proceeded to try and upsell me convincing me that I should get a pedicure from one of the other girls and then when she’s done she could start my nails. That doesn’t work for me. My appointment has been on the books for a week. Very disappointing customer service. I have been using the salon for quite some time and have had multiple issues with losing my nail gal because they quit. I work full-time and I don’t have time for lengthy delays. Let me share my experience. I was riding my bike to the trail and ran out of water. I went in to the salon and asked for water. They brought me out a cold water bottle from the back, keep in mind I was not a paying customer. I was so grateful for their kindness. A week later, I brought some bottled water as a payback, which they reluctantly excepted, saying “you don’t have to payback, we have water in the back. I had a pedicure and it was great. I have permanently switched salons after 8 years. I often felt at my previous salon, that I was putting them out to have my nails done, mind you, I am a paying customer that always leaves a tip. Double thumbs up to this little gem I have found.

Wonderful service. I take my 91-year-old mother there for pedicures and they treat her with so much kindness and tenderness. They make it a fun outting for her. They do a wonderful job with my fills and pedicures too.

I love this place! It was recommended to me by a friend and I understand why. Not only are they amazing at what they do, all of the people who work here are very welcoming and fun to talk to. It’s the best hands down! I live 30 minutes away but I make the drive out because it’s worth it

WORST NAIL PLACE EVER! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DAUGHTERS HERE! THEY ARE RUDE AND MEAN TO YOUR DAUGHTERS WHEN YOUR DAUGHTERS ARE DECIDING NAIL COLOR. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE WELL. INSTEAD OF ASKING CUSTOMER WHAT THEY WANT, THEY JUST GET FRUSTRATED WITH YOU AND DO WHATEVER THEY WANT TO YOUR NAILS.
