I absolutely LOVE Tips N Toes nail salon. I started going there about 6 months ago and I’ve never had a problem. They always can fit me into the schedule or even sometimes I walk in. Their work is great and the facility is clean. The owner knows every client by name and really takes her time to get to know you. They have a wide variety of colors as well. I’ve gotten done a gel manicure, acrylic full set and refill, dip polish, gel pedicure, regular pedicure and eyebrow waxing and I have NEVER been disappointed. Not to mention their prices are great for the great work they do. I would definitely recommend Tips N Toes.

Came here on Monday to get a manicure & pedicure the gel polish color they used was horrible and when I said something to the nail tech she just brushed me off cost was $75. Call today asking if I can come in for a polish change. Got there and got the polish changed on my nails & feet and was charged $50. This makes no sense to how am I only paying $25 less for these services? Sorry I won’t be returning. This place is a rip off.

I asked for smiley faces, the ones with the different colors is the inspiration picture, and I ended up with the white nails. I did ask for a color change (that was supposed to be a light blue) but other than that there wasn’t supposed to be any difference. I asked for them to redo them due to it being all wrong and horribly painted. They told me no due to it being close to their closing time. I told them I didn’t want to pay for something I wasn’t satisfied with and they told me that it was exactly what I asked for and basically told me it was my fault. I am entirely unhappy with this service and if I could give a 0 I would’ve. I had to pay 30 bucks for nails i didn’t like. The icing on the cake was then calling me the wrong name entirely when they said their version of “sorry”

Critical: QualityHad an appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes to get my nails done. I am extremely disappointed in the outcome of my nails. I don’t understand some of the other reviews, but I have been looking the last year for a good nail salon, and I found it. This has to be the best salon in this area hands down, and the prices are so cheap. It’s clean, the women and other customers are nice. I didn’t have to wait very long because , even though they had a steady stream of customers they had enough staff to handle everyone

They normally do a good job but not this time when I went. I went in for gel and they are suppose to last between 2-3 weeks and mine only lasted a week. The nail polish came right off.

I’ve been here a handful of times but I’m becoming increasingly disappointed with each visit. today I made an appt and still had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. also I’ve noticed that they recently raised their prices. I wouldn’t mind paying more if I was actually getting what I asked for but I’m never really satisfied with the look of my nails when I leave. I try to be as specific as I can with what I’m looking for, but it never seems to make a difference.

They are extremely overpriced. They don’t discuss the prices up front. My nails look nothing like the pic. I promise I will not go back.Thank for staying late, but I am not satisfied.
