Tips Toes & Beyond – Safety in the salon We value the decision you make to spend time with us. Our client’s health and safety is our number one concern. All of our instruments are disinfected through the usage of barbicide. Board files, buffers, and pumice bars are discarded after each use. Our new and improved pedicure chairs use a pipeless jet system as opposed to pipes and pumps that are hard to sanitize. Also, we line our pedicure tubs with liners for extra protection. Our equipment and sanitize procedures will ensure your visit is a healthy one!

I had Phillip, he is the best! Did an amazing job on my acrylics with gel! I’ve come here multiple times to multiple different people. There is only one person that did my nails beautifully! I don’t remember who did it but I believe it was Siu( did it last time) This time the girl that did my nails made the thumbs look like mini balloons and not the original shape. She didn’t take the polish to the cuticle but when I asked she went far to over the cuticle. Far away they look okay but up close they look terrible. The nails are not even the shape. I asked for it they are all looking in like an oval shape rather than a coffin shape. The lady that I in like an oval shape rather than a coffin shape. The lady that did my nails did not speak to me as well, she barely made a consultation to see what color I would like. I wanted a light red color, but she gave me dark red. The only nails that I really like are the sparkly ones and there’s only two.

I’ve been to Tips, Toes, and Beyond approximately once a year for the past 10-12 years. I’ve always found them mediocre at best. Until today. Today I had Siu for a full acrylic set and she. is. amazing. She got the length perfect, she shaped them EXACTLY as I asked without making me feel like a moron when I made a slight adjustment to my initial request (unlike the last tech I had there). She also didn’t say anything about the fact that I clearly haven’t been taking good care of my nails which made her job harder. Despite being busy she somehow made me feel like she was taking her time while also being efficient and taking less than the allotted time. In the future I will always make an appointment with Siu because she is clearly the best they have. I’ve never had a manicure I’m this happy with. I keep on looking at my nails and grinning.

If I could give a 0, I probably would. I visited Tip Toes & Beyond for the last 10 years exclusively, but in the last year the quality of services and the customer service has steeply declined. The last two visits that I spent with them I’ve had to leave, go to the store, and finish my own nails. It really sucks when you spend money on a treat for yourself or a luxury and you have to finish the work yourself. I’m really disappointed in Tip Toes, and will not visit again. Not worth the money and not worth your time.

Today was my first time here. I had a horrible morning without anything to eat or drink all day, and wedding day stress. When I checked in, Megan at the front desk was so kind to help me in my flustered state. I ended up in tears (due to my morning and dehydration , NOT the salon), she went to get me water next door without hesitation. She came back quickly with water and a cookie to help cheer me up and make sure I was ok. She checked in on me again later, too. How thoughtful and caring.
