It is now called TOP NAILS and SPA. Got the Royal Manicure and Pedicure. Loved it. This is my 3rd time for this treatment. Always treated well, and they do a fantastic job! Call ahead for an appointment. They get busy fast.

My boyfriend paid for the Royal spa pedicure for me I went there and I was super disappointed with how many colors that they were out of due to the holiday season arriving. They had me sit in a chair with my feet in the water for 50 minutes before they decided to get to me. Then when the lady started working on me she was really super rough and in a hurry my feet are super sensitive because I’m on my feet consistently I’m a super busy mom and I’m also 8 months pregnant. Long story short in the process of cutting my toenails she cut my cuticle really super deep and it wouldn’t stop bleeding so then she poured alcohol on it! You want to talk about letting a pregnant woman see stars yeah I truly did period after a while she put my feet in the hot wax which was too hot and it burnt my toes. After my feet finally calm down from getting burnt and cut she went in the back and got the Hot Rocks when she got them out she put them right on the side of my calf and it burnt me even worse than what the hot wax was. I was so done I nearly walked out. I will never recommend or refer anybody to the salon

My gel manicure is a mess. The nail wasn’t covered completely with the gel and it’s starting to peel off which has never happened before. I had to ask the lady attending me to thin out my French tip several times. She didn’t agree with how thin I wanted it. Not a good experience. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

I got a staff infection from dirty tools. My doctor had to cut down to my bone to allow blood flow. Be on high antibiotic for a week. Cost me a pretty penny. I have never seen them clean tools between customers. Be careful orBring your own tools.

I got MRSA from a pedicure over at Tips Toes so I believe the lady who also got a STAPH infection from the salon. You get what you pay for, be careful. MRSA is very hard to get rid of, if ever.
