I absolutely love this nail salon! Ken is the BEST hands down at what he does!! I’m super picky with my nails, but I haven’t had any issues with this place!! Be ready to wait a while if you’re waiting on Ken, he’s definitely worth the wait!

I went to get a full set and remove my acrylic and gel polish. So the lady starts yanking at my acrylic nails with a nail clipper. I’m telling her that it hurts she continues to yank at the nail until I start bleeding . I tell her she needs to soak them off. She says we don’t do that here. Meanwhile my nail is dripping blood. The way they conducted themselves was so unprofessional and unsanitary. I’m sure she used that same nail clipper on the next customer without cleaning it

The place was packed. They were having a very hard time keeping up and keeping food on the bar. The waitress was very hard to find for refills. Definitely not what I expected when spending 130 dollars.
