came in for a french manicure with some gold designs and left… content. My nails are pretty but I was surprised to pay 80$ for nail extensions when the website said 40$ and up for gel.. I came in earlier this year for a set of nails for my birthday with simpler designs and was charged 65$ (even was given a discount from my total by paying cash). I’m not unhappy with the nails but not sure if I will be returning.

They were very busy for the holidays, so I waited 40 mins for my appointment. They took my 94 year old grandma first to do her nails. She got a regular manicure. I timed it, it took less than 15 mins, and when I went to help my grandma up, her nails were rough and uneven, they hadn’t been filed. I was next, I sat to get my gel manicure. The manicure was short, rushed, and as soon I was done I called my husband and told him worst manicure ever.

the place is cute and clean but unfortunately one of the worst manicures I’ve ever had. I got a regular manicure I’m pretty sure was done with gel polish and was told it would last 1-2 days which seemed really short to me. The nail tech doing my manicure also cut my cuticles so deeply several of my fingers bled 🙁

I’m new to the area and went to my first nail appointment in Livermore recently, Tips N Toes 2 in downtown Livermore. I do not recommend. My gel was crumbling and breaking my nails within 3 days. Also, the nail techs were super rough, ripping off the gel I had on previously, and filing my nails so hard that they broke it, then proceeded to tell me my nails are thin (no they are not). The place was also not very clean. I will not be returning. They were fast and had one tech working on my toes and a second one working on my nails at the same time which I appreciate the efficiency so I didn’t need to spend my entire morning there.
