First, I went for a full set and then it started lifting 2 days later. I went back for her to fix it and then she says they way my nails are they will lift. Well I have NEVER had may nails lift from a full set in 2 days. So I went to get them fixed and they look like dookey. Not to mention, she did a rush job so it looked like a 4 yr old did it and when she was doing then it hurt so bad. I had a bruise under my nail. I will NEVER go to them again. Stay away if you want a full set. I hope I don’t get an infection!

I have never had a checmical burn while getting a gel manicure until I visited this shop. It was so painful. I asked the tech several times to stop using her fingernail to remove excess polish. I ended up with a chemical burn from a cut due to the techs fingernail. The tech does not have a steady hand, so polish was on my fingers. They still charged me full price and that’s fine but I will never return.

I can in to get a fill on my acrylics and none were broken off just grown out. the price was $15 on their menu but i was charged 25 not including a tip (which i did not give ). I had a friend with me and she was charged $20 but many of her nails had broke off so they had to change them. Besides the price incident it was also awful service. She cut my skin 5 times and made me start bleeding. The first time i had just thought it was an accident because people make mistakes but she kept doing it and it hurt a lot. Also when I was sitting in my chair a dead roach was on the floor right by where you pick your color. MANY THINGS WRONG WITH TIPS AND TOES DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
